All great but, of course, because I was alone, they didn’t give ne the room I booked but a bit less good one, they gave mine to a couple I met. Fortunately, all the rest was perfect

Hotel is in superb location. Very close to all attractions. We had a good stay. Service recovery was efficient after a hiccup during check in. Breakfast was enjoyable. However, hotel can be hard to locate as the hotel sign was small and it took us a few rounds of going in circles to find it.

Nice hotel and great customer service. Bought the breakfast option and it was actually not bad for the price. They also offer free coffee mini bar at 6pm. The room I got has stairs, so be cautious when opening the door! My room has patio and it is very private. Location is really good, close distance to the attractions. Recommended.

Halo boutique was a great place to stay. We received an upgrade as part of our ******* VIP access from the ground floor to the 1st floor. However the aircon in the room stopped working, and mind you it was over 35 degrees outside. The hotel manager fitted an air cooler in the room which helped but was still not good enough to combat the heat. After 2 nights, we were offered an upgrade to the deluxe suite which was absolutely amazing!!  We cannot say enough amazing things about Joaquin and the rest of the staff, who were so incredibly friendly, hospitable, helpful and honestly elevated our experience substantially! The amenities were great as was the breakfast! The rooftop pool was a fantastic way to cool off in the heat of the day before kick starting our evening activities.   The hotel location is absolutely perfect and within short walking distances to all the main attractions and restaurants. Despite the inconvenience of the air conditioning issue, which was swiftly resolved, we really enjoyed our stay here and felt exceptionally looked after. Highly recommend! 

We had room number 2 near of the front desk and the street. It was noisy. Also, there was a bad smell in the room. They tried to correct the situation, but they failed. The connection with internet was bad when I used my iPad to watch movie on Netflix. There was an open bottle of cava at the front desk. It seems that it was for the clients but they did not offered to us. Finally, when we checked out, the employee was explaining a free tour to other clients. They did not advised us of that free tour.

Fabulous room with access to a private roof area. Friendly and really helpful staff, great recommendations for visits and dining. Plunge pool on the top floor a real pleasure on hot days. Views from there of the nearby cathedral. Breakfast well presented. Wonderful stay.

It’s unlikely that I would stay again. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. We had a room with its own terrace. The terrace was lovely. BUT the room always smelled like sewer even with though the hotel kept air freshener plugged in in the bathroom and even after I inserted the plugs into the drains. We were given only one bath towel for 2 people for 4 nights, and it was an old, thin towel. We asked for wash cloths twice before finally being told they didn’t have any. The maid came but only emptied one of the trash cans and closed the curtains. She did not make the bed, clean up the bathroom or leave fresh towels. She also put our dirty dishes on a table outside our room, where they sat for days. The roof top pool is nice and clean— but there was no bar as advertised. That could be due to it being the middle of September when we visited, but it was hot and the pool was open. We just went to the first floor bar and got our own drinks. Also note that a taxi cannot take you to this hotel due to the street being pedestrian only. You will have to drag your luggage over cobblestone pathways and brick pathways approximately 200 meters to the entrance (which is not well marked). And the locals aren’t that friendly when you ask directions. There are many restaurants nearby with delicious food. The hotel’s breakfast is buffet and fine, but depending on when you arrive, it can get quite picked over and limited.
