ホテル ノボテル セビリアに泊まった方の口コミ・宿泊体験

フロントは2階にあります。部屋は広くはありませんが、ソファーベッドを引き出して大人2人と子供2人でゆっくり眠ることができます。フロントはとてもフレンドリーで、子供2人にテディベアを2つくれました。何か問題があれば、フロントに連絡して解決してもらえます。とても良いホテルです！朝食は1人あたり18ユーロ、子供は無料なのでお得です！

家族が楽しむのに良いです。何よりダブルベッドが2つあり、子供たちと漢方に自己便利だった。朝食もとても美味しくて種類も多い

ホテルの隣にはスタジアムがあり、近くにはショッピングモールやレストランもあり、交通や生活はとても便利で、市内中心部にも比較的近いです。ホテルの部屋は広くて静かですが、設備は比較的古いです。 全体的には良く、コストパフォーマンスも高いです。

立地はとても便利で、部屋は清潔でエレガントでした。

とても満足しました。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、とても良い滞在でした。

駅や観光スポットにとても近く、部屋はとても静かで、スタジアムの隣にあり、サービスもとても良かったので、私は断然ノボテルを選びました。

サービスは良く、英語も話せますが、バスローブやスリッパがないのが少し面倒です。館内の設備はかなり充実していて清潔です。サービススタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、人の話に耳を傾けてくれます。

全体的に良い場所です。ただし、trip.com 経由で予約してもポイントは付きません。

スポーツセンターの近く。サッカーが好きなら住むには良い場所です

部屋に2人で宿泊しましたが、バスルームは1セットでした。立地や衛生面は普通で、バスタオルは交換されませんでした。すべてが普通でした。しかし、階下のビストロのタパスはとても素晴らしく、とても美味しかったです。

セビリア旅行中にマヨルカと競技があり、スタジアムの近くの宿泊施設を探しています。市内と街が少しあり、観光するのに位置が少し惜しいかもしれませんが、隣にショッピングモールにいっぱいあり、カルフーもいて買い物が完全に楽でした！バルセロナに戻らなければならないので、鉄道駅と近いのも利点です！朝食もおいしいし、スタッフも親切にしてください^^

Great hotel, a bit far away from all touristic staff around 20 min by foot, but inside it’s perfect to stay.

We had three nights in Novotel. Location wise it is really close from the train station and the bus stand infront brings you directly to the centre as well as the airport. There is a mall beside so you can buy stuff from the Carrefour. Nothing can complain about the cleanliness too. However, a guy at the reception desk attended us for check in. We asked for stuff like what is complimentary at the mini bar, dental kit and slippers but he wasnt not really friendly in answering us. Also to our surprise that Novotel doesn’t provide dental kit, which is exceptional for our stay in experience. Other hotels have been able to provide it. Also when we checked out early morning on our last day, the same guy attended us. I asked for his help to book a taxi for us. When I asked how long will it take, he was really impatient and rude in answering. Likely won’t return to this hotel for the next stay in Sevilla.

Room cleaning is sufficient. Service is average. Amenities are not enough. The location of the hotel is good. However, the hotel is a bit old and needs renovation.
