ヌマ | アレグレアパート(Numa I Alegre Apartments)

Great central location and very responsive staff!

I and my partner picked this apartment for our 5 nights holiday, I had to work half of the time so we thought apartment was more comfortable. This apartment was so beautiful and well located, also all the staff were super helpful and friendly. But there were few odd findings; Pros; -Perfect location to walk everywhere -Rooftop was a nice touch(probably too hot in the summer) -Washing machine really helped us(they also provide detergent and conditioner!) -complementary traditional biscuits were so nice -so clean and neutral décor Cons; -So little storage for clothing, no drawers or enough hangers. We had to leave our jackets on chairs and sofas that looked so messy. No space to store cabin size suitcase either so it kind of ruined the beautiful bedroom. -There was no mirror apart from bathroom. -Not enough power plugs and awkward to work. We had to move the dining table completely to plug in my laptop. -The kitchen is equipped in odd way. The family size massive fridge and dish washer then no surface to prepare food/drinks or dry cups/plates. The kitchen equipment were not considered trough. Even using a kettle was a pain since we had to move so many things to make a place. There were large plates but no bowls. We asked Moka pod since we don’t like Nespresso and they brought it to us straight away, we really appreciated! -Due to the structure of the building, any voice or door slamming echoed loudly. Cleaner chatting each other in the early morning always woke us up. Church bells start ringing from 9am so you’d be up anyway, but definitely not suitable for light sleeper or someone want to sleep in. (Waking up by church bells could be a charm of Seville) -We had two single beds sitting together and they moved so easily! I ended up falling in the gap many times or pillows falling between bed and headboard. Mattress, pillows and lines were luxury and comfy so it was shame. -The hot water was really hot and good pressure but shower was not the best. The big one one the top needs limescale removal, the water didn’t come out properly. Smaller shower never stayed on the stand so it kept falling down. Having a shower was annoying unfortunately. -It could be a perfect apartment if the facility is considered for 5+ nights stay and remote working.

Positiv: Sehr ruhig. Das Bett war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Die Lage unweit von der Kathedrale ist super. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Ansonsten: Ausstattung ok. Geschirrtücher in der Küche fehlten leider. Das Appartement 003 im EG entspricht nicht dem Beschreibungstext des Anbieters (Schlafzimmer und separates Wohnzimmer) da es kein separates Wohnzimmer gibt. Unangenehme Gerüche wie feuchter Keller, im Bad nach Abwasserkanal. Das gebuchte Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen. Besser ums Eck im FILO frühstücken (sehr gut)

미리 온라인체크인하는 방식인데 체크인시간까지 이메일이 오지않아서 소통에 한참 애를 먹었습니다. 이메일이 오지않았다는 사실을 여러번 알린후에 겨우 코드를 받을 수있었고 제시간에 도착해서도 들어가지 못하고 근처 식당에서 시간을 보내다 들어갔어요. 중간에 공동현관 비밀번호도 바꾸고 공유를 해주지않아서 이 숙소를 문밖에 불안하게 서있었던 기억이 큽니다. 시설도 좋고 깔끔한데 소통부분이 크게 아쉽습니다.

위치도 대성당과 가까워 편하고 숙소도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 하지만 체크인할 때 핀번호가 맞지 않아 숙소 담당자와 연락하고 해결하는데 30분 넘게 걸려 숙소에 들어가지 못하고 방 문 앞에서 기다렸습니다. 너무 피곤했던 오후였습니다. 저녁엔 좀 추운편입니다. 그래도 추천해주고 싶은 좋은 숙소였습니다. 체크인 핀번호만 제대로 준다면^^

Appartement très bien situé en centre ville proche Cathédrale et toutes commodités. Très propre. Communication parfaite avec plateforme standard et réception codes d’accès. Accessibilité aux principaux sites artistiques et culturels et des différents quartiers à pied. Restaurants tout autour. Majorité des chambres donnent sur un patio donc calmes. Option petit déjeuner décevante ainsi que les ustensiles cuisine réduits au strict nécessaire. Mais reste un formidable lieu de séjour sur Séville.

Nous avons réservé cet hébergements suite aux avis positifs. La localisation est parfaite, à quelques minutes des principaux monuments, beaucoup d'options restaurations a proximité. Le quartier est central on ne pouvait rever mieux. L'appartement situé dans un bâtiment de la vieille ville avec plusieurs autres logement, est quasi neuf. Tout est très propre, bien agencé, bien pensé et confortable. Terrasse agréable sur le toit avec coin laverie ce qui est des plus pratiques. Points négatifs : Nous n'avons pas reçu l'email qui devait arriver 24h avant notre arrivée et contenir les informations pour acceder au logement, car il n'y a pas de réception et personne sur site, du coup on a bien galèré, appelé je ne sais combien de numéros, y compris hôtels.com également via whatsapps, on a reussi a finir par joindre quelqu'un et apres une bonne heure de galère, a acceder à notre logement, pas facile avec un bébé... Le lendemain, ascenseur en panne, jai contacter numa via WhatsApp et ils on ete tres reactifs, ascenseur réparé à notre retour. Malgré ces quelques péripéties je recommande numa I Alegre car L'appartement est super agréable. Petit bemol puisqu'il ny a pas de menage quotidien ca serait bien de prevoir un kit pour passer un coup de balai et frotter
