beautiful boutique hotel steps away from the cathedral. wonderful breakfast and very helpful staff. comfy and spacious room, though it was bit cold in JAN and AC was not able to heat it up. Great rooftop terrace with amazing views and nice bar. thanks for having us

Very well located, steps from the Giralda, friendly staff.
Extremely noisy during the weekend. most rooms are facing a courtyard which resonates the music from the rooftop bar opened until 1am on the weekend. Not great when you are travelling with a 8 month old baby and have requested a "quiet" room. So make sure to ask for rooms away from the courtyard.

Great central location, lovely roof terrace, big room with big bed BUT towels and bedding grey and need replacing; toilet didn't flush properly and despite two cleaners not being able to make it work reception insisted it did work and we just had to stand there for 10 minutes constantly flushing! Very unhelpful!! On the last night they offered to change our room, but it was too late...

Fontecruze was very close to a lot of attractions. The rooftop was beautiful, but the rules for the restaurant and pool weren't clear. Unfortunately, we had a significant amount of ants in our room for our entire four night stay. Also saw a lizard/salamander in the main stairwell. Floors weren't cleaned. Overall, our stay was acceptable based on location but did not meet the rating standard on this site due to cleanliness and service
