What can I say We came back for 2nd time after Spring May 2014 Great view great dinner at the restaurant The room with lake was comfortable great view through the window sunrise sunset and dead calm clear lake under the moonlight Good walking track along the lake

Avec mon mari, nous avons séjourné une nuit fin avril. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur le lac et effectivement la vue est réellement incroyable lorsqu’il fait beau ! Cependant, nous avons été déçus de la chambre qui est relativement exiguë, mais surtout qui manquait de propreté (cheveu sur le sèche cheveux, poussières sur le sèche serviette, mur sale au dessus du lit, même la fausse petite plante de l’accueil est poussiéreuse..). J’ajoute également que nous avons pu ouvrir la fenêtre qu’une heure à notre arrivée, car dès le milieu d’après-midi une nuée de moustiques (une 20aine au bas mot) avait envahi la fenêtre et son pourtour.. C’est vraiment très dommage pour un hôtel trois-étoiles. Le petit déjeuner quant à lui est à 19 € par personne, il est correct en terme de qualité et de quantité proposée. Nous ne reviendrons malheureusement pas séjourner dans cet hôtel car à quasiment 200€ la nuitée (hors petit déjeuner), nous attendons que le ménage soit impeccable.

Nous avons été reçu un dimanche par une jeune dame pas très coopèrante, aucune explication à part les clés et une petite feuille pour les horaires. Pas d'explication non plus dans la chambre supérieur. Petite chambre avec des manques. Fenêtres très anciennes en mauvais états qui ferment mal avec vitrage simple. Une des chambre fermait mal, ils ont dû mettre une bande de mousse. Ceci contraste avec les nouvelles installations piscine et SPA. Ascenseur extrêmement exigu. Au bar trois jours de suite le plan de service sale. A part cela hôtel propre. Un grand plus le réceptionniste mr. Gonzalez est très avenant et disponible. Le service au petit déjeuner est correct. Le petit salon à côté de la grande salle est aussi trop exigu et encombré. Bref nous y retourneront pas.

Petit déjeuner entre amis varié et excellent. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Ensuite nous nous sommes rendus à l'espace spa et sauna que nous avions réservé pour une heure. Le cadre est à couper le souffle, nous avons passé un agréable moment.

Séjour agréable avec très belle vue ainsi que la bulle nordique privatisé personnel agréable et à l’écoute très disponible chambre jolie avec belle prestation facile a trouvé et place pour se gare hâte d’y retourne

Quelle déception !!! La vue est merveilleuse.... voilà, tout est dit... Pour le reste, rien ne va... Chambre, petit déjeuner, repas du soir, service. Par contre, l'addition est digne d'un cinq étoiles. Je ne le recommande pas... vraiment pas.

what was supposed to be a stopover on the way to the holidays turned out to be a wonderful surprise ! beautiful location, beautiful view of the lake, quiet, very good breakfast, friendly staff...very nice jacuzzi and sauna

The emplacement is wonderful & there is parking on the premises. For the most part, the staff was good. My room was very clean & comfortable however the bed was 2 individual mattresses/beds pushed together which was not comfortable if you slept in the middle of the bed! I suggest they add one of those thin mattress pads on top. I had lunch & breakfast sur place; the lunch was delicious & beautifully presented. However, the breakfast, which I was told would be served until 9h30, was horrendous as was the service & restaurant staff. I arrived at 9h15 & the coffee machine had been turned off, cleaned & shut down. When I asked for coffee, the staff did not try to hide the fact that I was being very inconvenient. There were no scrambled eggs, the water was turned off to make hard/soft-boiled eggs, etc... The hotel did NOT give me or any of the other guests any warning or notification that there was renovation work going on at the hotel at the time of my booking or thereafter. The work was on my floor/level & started at 8h10 with what seemed to be drilling through concrete & the noise was constant until 9h30 & was then off & on all day until the early evening. I was not the only person complaining about the starting hour & noise level first thing in the morning. Emanuel who was on reception duty handled all of the complaints (there were a LOT) very professionally, was attentive & polite. Everyone was more upset that we were not informed in advance & I suggested that the hotel should at the very least put a sign up at the reception (which they still have not done to my knowledge). The hotel management was not overly enthusiastic about trying to make a commercial jest for their clients but those of us who insisted eventually were given 10% off ( I was not but I did not have to pay for my horrible breakfast, thank goodness)! However, I would still recommend the hotel & would book again but suggest you phone & ask if there is any noise or unexpected inconveniences that you should be aware of before confirming your reservation.

Nous y sommes allés du 26 au 28 décembre. Et comme d habitude nous avons passé un excellent moment. Le repas exceptionnel, merci au chef le repas était sublime. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. En plus chambre vue sur le lac, nous avons adoré. A très bientôt.
