Big room. Nice view. TV no signal. Call for technician but never come. Bathroom using frosted glass, not suitable for family. Not include prayer mat. Breakfast, no pastry.

Book for my husband as he has meetings nearby. Basic hotel. Overall, good.

Tell the truth im not happy with my visit this time cause of this : 1) i got room no 5011 but when i access the room theres a hole on top of the cylling just right up infront of toilet and the whole carpet was burst wet with rain water plus the room smell so bad 😔 2) after i when down to ground floor inform the frontdesk person incharge that time about my previous room she change me to sama 5th Level but another room which is just beside of the previous room but guess what this time around the outcome i receive is room wasnt proper lock the door is wide open and more worst of the bedsheet havent tidy clean at all come on where the hell is the housekeeper??? how can management didnt alert about your staff and lend room key to new visito without checking the condition of your Property 🤬 (at this moment i feel so disappointed and herritated already) 3) but in the end luckily lady at frontdesk alert about my tempo and she again change me to another room still at 5th floor but this time bigger room without extra charge and bonus come with window and sideroad view otherwise i think my temperture will complete burst to radio active thanks to her for her quick alert… So moral of the story/review please Pegasus Hotel Management do your work and check your staffs (housekeeper) so visitor wont write review like me. Its never my attention to wrote like this since i use love spendings time here before 😞

Great ambiance

Fridge has musty smell. Washroom was clean.

No issues with booking. Upon check in, I was informed that open packed breakfast be sent to the room at 7am. No buffet breakfast as coffeehouse will be closed after5.30am.. This was not stated when making the booking as I would have not booked at this hotel. This is unfair to the non fasting patrons. This hotel must refund the breakfast charges back to me.

Its a normal hotel. Nothing really special. Cleanliness really need to improve. Parking is quite hard. Afford for one two nights thats all.
