I am so impressed!! Cute vintage feel. The owner was very friendly! The room was CLEAN and COOL. They turned the a/c on before we checked in So the room was aired out and cool when we arrived. It was very quiet on the edge of town. Breakfast was excellent: waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal… delicious! Complimentary water in the room. I will stay here EVERYTIME we drive this direction.

Great clean friendly service. Classic Motel on Route 66. When you Se the price you believe it would be run down - that is not the case. All rooms have been renovated, supper clean and new beds that are very comfortable. Simple little breakfast.

We have stopped here on our drive from Minnesota to AZ for the past 7 years. Very nice owners. We walked from the motel to Rusty's for a delicious pizza. Both on ROUTE 66

A gem in the middle of Shamrock. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A fridge. Coffee maker. Bottled water. The most colorful bathroom walls you’ve ever seen. Ever. Very nice guy at the counter. Simple and fast checkin. Breakfast was eggs, gravy and biscuits. Coffee. Breads and peanut butter. A Belgian waffle maker. It was better than the holiday inn and a third of the price. Will definitely stay here again if I am ever in Shamrock, TX (that’ll be never - LOL)

The Shamrock Country Inn is very retro, from the aqua tub and toilet to the pink bathroom and sink area. The owners do a pretty good job of cleanliness for the old condition of parts of the room. The flooring looked fairly new, beds were comfy, and front desk friendly. Breakfast is minimal.

Not a fancy National Chain Inn. If you are expecting that,
look elsewhere. If you want a clean comfortable room
for a good night's sleep at a great price, this is the place.

There central heater was not working so they provide us a portable heater which was not warm enough for the night
