The aunt who hosted us was very friendly, informative and helpful. The room matches the photo, the amenities are quite complete and the most pleasant thing is that there is an Xbox with complete games. My son really likes it. The location is close to the Bund and Nanjing Road. An unforgettable stay.

Came into the building after a long flight, and was met by the hostess. Building lobby had limited air conditioning. She let us up into the rooms before we checked in to put down our luggage. Upon entering, there was a dead cockroach and one skittering across the floor. This issue was brought up right away and hostess just picked up the dead cockroach and said she will spray the place and offered to move us to another apartment in the building. When asked for refund or cancellation, she said we had to pay for atleast one night. We did not end up checking in at all, paid for a night we did not stay at and went across to another hotel.
