for business traveler.. it's okay but the smell coming out from the septic tank is sadly nauseating. I had to buy an air freshener so I can use the bathroom.

地球上住過最差酒店，一星都不值，原因有四點。 第一：房間不乾淨，尤其睡覺被子特別臟！白色被單裹着一床臟到發黑的被子，被子上各種血漬黃色不明物臟點點。睡覺沒敢脱衣服，怕得病。 第二：房間隔音差，能聽到旁邊説話聲。晚上十一點多隔壁男女在戰鬥，過程清清楚楚，還好從開始到結束衹有兩分鐘。 第三：沒有車位，沒有車位，沒有車位！（重點説三遍）酒店停車場很小且擁擠。 我們是週三入住的，還不是週末……車子到店，發現沒車位，給星程酒店打了幾個電話交涉，服務員出來後，示意給我挪了一個車位帶我過去。高能來了，車位在停車場出入口附近，路特別特別窄，suv一倒車就擦碰，我還不確定擦了，還在開，就已經被人團團圍住。酒店服務員熟練為我查看車傷，擦拭車痕，問我準備怎麼賠償？擦到的車不是住店客人的，是他們酒店關係户的。我一看，太牛了，這是一個團隊啊……我開着大幾十萬suv車後貼着實習標誌的女司機，就差沒在腦門貼快來套路我～～ 第四：酒店位置應該在松江老城區，車一路開過去都是成片老小區，路上好多電瓶車，老年行人，紅綠燈路口高德導航不停報警，最近有十幾起抓拍，車開的特別慢。 總結：體驗很差，別來這裏。

The hotel is great for a comfortable stay. The room was tidy and clean, had all the required elements! Thank you for your service!

Pictures tell everything. The hotel is so dirty. Also, everyone is smoking all over the place, in the lobby in the hallway, I could smell the cigarettes in my room. All the rooms are facing the road. The Windows are so thin and they can not be closed properly, so I could not sleep because of the constant car traffic.

I recently had a stay at Starway hotel and it was a pleasant experience overall. The room provided was both spacious and immaculate, which is always a top priority for me. The front desk staff, especially the lady I interacted with, was cooperative and ensured a smooth check-in. A notable feature was the attached convenience shop, adding to the ease of access for any essentials. However, the breakfast offerings could be improved. I found myself heading to a nearby shop for basics like corn, milk, and bread. Additionally, a small suggestion for the management would be to place the toothbrush and toothpaste in the washroom rather than the reception. This small gesture would enhance guest convenience. Despite these minor areas for improvement, I'm overall very satisfied with my stay. I would rate it a 9/10 and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The stay was decent; I wasn't seeking luxury, just a comfortable place for a couple of nights. Unfortunately, the room had a strong cigarette odor and wasn't very clean, with used toilet paper and a dirty floor in the bathroom. On the bright side, the staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and efficient, facilitating my check-in within minutes, assisting with document printing, and even charging my scooter. They truly made the experience enjoyable. However, I would appreciate it if the rooms were cleaner and had a more pleasant scent.

This hotel isn’t clean. There was lots of mosquitoes and dust in the room and I couldn’t sleep for most of the night because of this.

Everything in hotel is old . Room was not very clean and smelled. Location is a little bit far from metro station. Staff is nice and helpful. Good bonus is free coffee anytime.
