とても気に入りました。雲南で何日もお気に入りの宿泊施設です。 ！ ボスの女性はとても親切で、私たちが早すぎて高速鉄道に間に合うか心配していましたが、高速鉄道の駅まで直接迎えに来てくれて、本当にありがとうございました。多くの！ ！地元のヤクのおやつもいただきました。部屋はとても新しくて綺麗で、スペースはとても広く、床暖房があり、ベッドには電気毛布も付いています。寒さが苦手な私たちにとっては本当に助かります。トイレは乾湿分離、スマートトイレ、モダンなデザイン、香り豊かです。 2階に洗濯機がございます。世界最大のマニ車まで歩いて行けますし、シャングリラ無形文化遺産体験センターも近くにあり、テイクアウトのご注文も大変便利です。モモという名前のとてもかわいくて親切な犬もいます。機会があればまた行きます😍

Though the room is spacious, the furniture isn't modern. As Shangri-La is a very cold place at this time of the year, the hotel needs to ensure the power of the heater can warm up the room. We thought maybe we didn't know how to set the heater so we asked the hotel staff at the front desk to help us. Despite that, for the 2 nights that we stayed there, we have to wear sweater to sleep even though heater was running at full ie 30 degrees heat. For the 1st night, the heater went off in the wee morning and my husband had to turn it on again. The other thing we can't comprehend is why is the toilet built right beside the shower without any separation for our room type? Thus the toilet seat and toilet papers are wet after each shower. One last thing, the hotel is right in front of the road so there's no proper parking lot. When my driver picked us up upon check out, he was reprimanded by the police guy whom happened to be around. Breakfast choices is also not fantastic. And there is no maintenance of the washing machine as I had to remove the dried soap powder in the tray and around it. Do note there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer serving the hotel guests. Service is ok but I would not go back again.
