The hotel is located in the ancient town. The room is clean and well designed.The beautiful view of the ancient town could be seen on the 3rd floor. The staff is friendly and helpful. He tried to contact us thru trip.com customer service as we forgot to take our power adapter. Thank you !

I booked this hotel to stay a night. It's due to location nearby main tourist attraction and a lot of restaurant and shops nearby that my couple easily walked to main plaza and old town zones and markets.
Room was superb to see nice place at both day and night and all amenities were quality.
Impressively, the man staff was really supportive in communicating with us via translator app to let us know all details about room and places. Importantly, his assistance was so kind to us for shuttle transfer when we had to go back to railway station.

We stayed at Feihang Bao Manor in Shangri-La for 2 nights and were greeted by a handsome gentleman from Guangdong who warmly welcomed us and generously shared travel routes and safety tips. The hotel's environment is beautifully designed to be close to nature, with pillars in the lobby made of solid wood seamlessly connected. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with bathtubs and underfloor heating, which is very considerate for guests who are sensitive to cold feet. Unfortunately, I suffered from severe gastrointestinal discomfort due to overindulging in yogurt and altitude sickness on the first day in Shangri-La. Luckily, the handsome gentleman from Guangdong promptly provided saline solution and an oxygen machine to help alleviate my symptoms. Overall, the stay experience was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient for taxi rides and close to Dukezong Ancient Town, with the Great Buddha Temple just a 10 minutes walk away. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who's planning to visit Shangri-La.

Beautiful hotel within short walking distance to the giant mantra wheel as well as Dukezhong ancient town. The hotel rooms were beautifully done up and we had a very comfortable stay here. Hotel manager was also very helpful and kind to give us recommendations. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in big room at the top, it was spacious and had good floor heating, very nice bath too with hot after and separate shower, everything was functional and good quality, hotel is beautiful wooden building with working fire place in the lobby that reception boy was tuning every evening. Service was good and attentive.

- 沒有窗簾【因為古城內民宿都捱得很近，如果將來對面民宿開始住人的話，在房內換衣服會有隱患
- 衞生間沒有換氣扇【衞生間整體構造太詩意了…忽略了部分實用性
2. 不盡人意的點：
- 因為該房型的特殊性，房頂很矮，在最初的興奮勁過後，行動不便的毛病就出來了，稍微一着急就容易撞到房樑。會適合有小朋友的家庭吧，成年人在房間邊緣是不能夠站直的。
- 門鎖是智能型的，沒有雙重保險
- 房間打掃方面，也存在民宿的通病，沒有很專業，以處理垃圾為主
- 總結：主理人小哥和我們説過，這家民宿的軟裝都是大品牌，很有逼格。但住下來會覺得對細節的考慮還是不到位，可以多邀請女性住客提供更多温馨的建議
