**5-Star Review** I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the experience was absolutely flawless. The highlight of our stay was the incredible service provided by the drivers. They were always so kind, punctual, and accommodating, ensuring we were dropped off and picked up at various points without any hassle. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made our trip seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself was fantastic—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with friendly staff who went above and beyond. If you're looking for a place where you can relax and feel taken care of from start to finish, this is it. We can't wait to come back!

Overall room is still decent, however the water heater is not functioning well. Is kinda like those heater storage water like, once finish usage, gotta wait for at least an hour plus for water to be heated up and be able to use.

Enjoyed this stay a lot! Place is in 20 min taxi drive from train station. Rooms are simple, but good price and very nice people. Laoban was driving me to skiing place(10min) every morning and picking up in the afternoon, you can book from them ski pass and get helmet with shades. I traveled alone, had my nice and quiet time. Would recommend this place to people. The staff was friendly and helped us with transportation. The bedroom was not clean. The location is a bit far from ski resorts. The lunch was really tasty. We experienced Chinese New Year even with fire pit an a lot of fireworks, it was really fun. We enjoyed it.

Nice house

The shower has limited hot water which doesn't last long and ran out whilst my girlfriend was having a shower. They later told us that about this issue. However, it would have been good to be told at checkout so that we didn't have to discover this issue for ourselves and finish the shower cold. There were no shower towels in the room and limited toilet roll.
