Perfect location right next to the slope You can rent directly what you need at the hotel. That’s perfect Breakfast quite terribile / not foreign friendly Not even a real and drinkable coffe Hotel stuff does not speak a word in English hotel is quite old Absolutely not a 5 stars hotel

We booked at this hotel thanks to Chen who works at the Reception she was absolutely amazing at finding us a room for a week and we absoletely loved it. Wang who also works at the recepetion was an absolute gem as well she was so helpful and so was everyone in the hotel. However the best part were the staff in the ski rental area, oh my god they were the highlight of our day they were so friendly so helpful and were just so attentive to all our needs we are 100% going back there. The room was a dream, right in front of the slopes, the bereakfast was probably the best we had in our time in China. We highly recommend this hotel ❤️

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel, but the room was too hot for sleeping - unable to control the temperature and couldn’t sleep well. Inbetween snowboarding days this isn’t ideal. Breakfast was good, spa was great.

The stay was wonderful and very comfortable. The hotel was clean and well organised, and the staff were kind, professional, and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent — the food was delicious and varied, with many options to choose from. The chef and the staff were very helpful and cooperative in explaining the dishes, which made the experience even better. Thank you for the great hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to visit again.

The hotel is excellent, and the staff are very enthusiastic about helping me, especially someone named Hexin(何欣). She helps me day and night. The hotel should promote her. 这家酒店非常棒，员工们非常热心地愿意帮助我，尤其是一位名叫何欣的人。 她日夜帮助我。 酒店应该提拔她。

Direct access to ski. Convenient but room is a little old, need some upgrading. Breakfast spread is very chinese. No western dishes

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Good location and room is complete and clean. Ski package that comes with the room is great.
