2泊しましたが、最初の夜は尿の臭いが我慢できませんでした。次の日、叔母が掃除に来なかったので、ゴミを集めに来るように電話しました。 2日目の夜からトイレの臭いがさらにひどくなりました。公衆トイレで寝ているようなもの。ドアを閉めた方が良いのですが、トイレに行ってドアを開けると吐きそうになります🤮 これはヤドゥオのレベルではありません。

この滞在は悪い経験でした。 2泊しましたが、1日目の夜にチェックインしたところ、汕頭市内は水道が通っておらず、部屋にも水がないとのことでした。シャワーを浴びる手段もなかったので、私と友人は汕頭市全体で水道が供給されていないのかどうかを確認するために歩き回りました。ホテルの向かいにあるマッサージ店に行って水道の状況を聞いてみると、店員は問題なく、洪水放流の通知も受け取っていないと言いました。今回はすぐに騙されたと感じました！夕方ホテルに戻ったら部屋に水道がありませんでした。翌朝、私はシャワーを浴びようとしましたが、部屋が断水し続けていることを誰も知りませんでした。ウェイターにシャワーを浴びるように頼むと、シャワーを浴びるために別の部屋を紹介されました。 2泊目の宿泊料金をホテルに直接返金するつもりだったのですが、ウェイターは部屋を移してもいいと言ったので、それを信じました。ウェイターは、新しい部屋がいっぱいになったら、荷物を新しい部屋に運ぶのを手伝ってくれると言ってくれましたが、夕方ホテルに戻ったとき、新しい部屋には荷物が一つもなかったとは誰にも分かりませんでした。サービスデスクに確認に行くと、ウェイターに部屋に戻って自分で荷物を取りに行くように言われました。二度目の騙された気分です。 オープンしたばかりのホテルだったのでチェックインしましたが、ウェイターの質にばらつきがあり、シャワータオルに小さな虫がついていたり、ホテルの設備が全く満足できませんでした。何度も何度も騙されました。将来的には絶対にここに再び滞在することはありません。

宿泊初日に2部屋予約して部屋に着くと、子供たちが親子部屋からテントを撤去すると、地面にはまだミニトマトがあり、ゴミの山でした。その時、フロントに知らせたところ、ショートヘアの女性が掃除に来てくれました。赤ちゃんを連れて外出したため、赤ちゃんがミルクを吐いてしまうので、翌日出かける前にシーツを交換するようフロントに伝えましたが、夫が荷物を部屋に持ち帰りに戻ってきたところ、チラシが置いてあったことに気づきました。汚れていたので、1時間後に戻ってきたとき、彼は再びフロントデスクに言いましたが、部屋はまだ掃除されておらず、フロントデスクに不満を表明し、フロントデスクの人が来て自分で交換しました。チェックアウト後、バスルームに荷物を集めるのを忘れてしまい、以前もそうしましたが、ホテルは出発後に部屋を確認し、荷物がまだ必要かどうか、速達が必要かどうかを尋ねてくれました。 . このホテルは何も求めていませんでした！つまり、ホテルに一晩700元以上費やしたのですが、とても不満でした。悪いレビュー！

Modern hotel. Less than 10 min walk to Long Yan Nan food street, Suning mall & Wang Xiang Cheng mall. Check in service staff are helpful. Free self service laundry and porridge supper. Sound proofing not great, but generally quiet after midnight. Pillows & mattress very comfortable. Robot delivered bottled water to room. However, there is only 1 lift that serves all 4 floors.

The hotel location is excellent. It is located at the busiest location, apart from a super big shopping mall, there are a lot of food stalls nearby, so it doesn't matter that our booking excluded breakfast... The hotel claimed to provide night meal (宵夜) and we found that only congee and salty veggie were provided...

Stayed at the hotel for one night from 7 to 8 Nov. The room was clean, modern and spacious with a cozy yard area. Specially grateful to Mr 猴赛雷for being so caring and going the extra mile to book a Didi car ride, giving the driver very clear instructions, which helped us reach our next destination safely. Highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Shantou!

This hotel is in a very good location for walking to different tourist destinations.  There is the food street nearby, I would say about 5 minutes walk. The shops are open until very late at night, even around 10 pm there were people on the street eating.  Also nearby are the big malls Mix C. It's about a 15 minute drive from the 小公園 tourist hotspot. So our itinerary was to go from the railway station to the small park first and walk around and eat there. Then take a rest at the hotel and then go to the food street area.  The service at the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was great and had lots of selection. There was a noodle station. There was a congee station and tofu station. There were lots of western choices as well. At night apparently there is some free congee but we were too full to try it.  The rooms were well laid out and had all the items you would need such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, etc. The staff around the whole hotel were well trained and very friendly. Everyone was helpful and would greet you. The cleanliness was very good and much better than other similar level hotels.  I would live here again on my next trip to Shantou.

Stayed 6D5N in this hotel with excellent location. It's very near food streets and shopping centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is neat and clean. The simple supper provided by the hotel is a very thoughtful gesture for the hotel's guests.

the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access local attractions. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, enhancing our stay. However, the pricing felt a bit excessive for the overall experience. If you're prioritizing location and cleanliness, it’s worth considering, but expect to pay a bit more.

Very good location and services given by the hotel staff. My relatives also commented they love it so much. Good choice!
