とても美しいホテルです。清潔です！スタッフはとても親切で感じがよいです。海の見えるデラックスルームに無料でアップグレードしてくれました。とても楽しい時間を過ごせたので、また来たいと思います。

Very friendly service attitude and very beautiful and cozy room. Gym facilities are very well kept with a large swimming pool and a beautiful garden. The receptionist Guimei was very helpful and amicable, she gave us a full city review with places to eat. Highly recommended.

The room is sizable but they have central temperature control thus it is super warm even opened the window.

What I like most about this hotel is the sports facilities on the basement floor. Indoor tennis courts, badmintons courts, pickleball courts are all super easily accessible. Very helpful staff to help us navigate the booking of venues. The hotel is very close to the high speed railway station, making it easy to plan our trip.. We will return again.

The front desk staff provided courteous and attentive service, responding promptly and knowledgeably to most of our inquiries. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel facilities appeared dated and in need of maintenance and upgrades. During our three-night stay, we encountered a significant issue on one evening when there was no hot water available for showering. After contacting housekeeping, we were informed that only one staff member was on duty that night and he was extremely busy, and no assistance was provided. Fortunately, hot water service resumed the following day without further intervention. Additionally, the swimming pool area presented several concerns. On the day of our visit, no locker keys were available for female guests, despite the pool being relatively uncrowded with only a few families present. It was unclear why the keys were unavailable or had been depleted. The restrooms adjacent to the pool were also in poor condition—noticeably unclean and infested with numerous mosquitoes—which raised questions about regular cleaning and pest control standards. While the staff were polite, these recurring facility and maintenance issues significantly detracted from our experience. As a result, I would not recommend this hotel to any friends or family at this time.

We have 3 people in a twin bed room, facing Pin Qing Hu, the room is very spacious and new. The room service is very speedy when we request an extra set of slippers and towels. They are very caring too, when I ask for a bath chair for my elderly mum, they provide me with a very good quality and strong plastic chair. They have a specialized place for body and foot spa and massage which the place is very clean and spacious and the chair is professionally comfortable. However, this is not listed oe mentioned on any hotel booking website. The hotel is artistically and sophisticatedly decorated with many sculptures, artistical lightnings, and paints.
