A 5 star hotel turned into a 2 star one. The staff are not much interested in work and take a very long time to check in I was not able to connect to WiFi as I don’t have a ID verified number to receive OTP. So I asked the hotel staff if anything can be done about it And the response was a No The cleaner lady was very polite and would even press the lift button for me The hotel is in a great location. Just cross the bridge and you will arrive at the centre of the city I will stay here again when I come considering the low price Overall a mostly pleasant experience

I imagine this would have been a very nice hotel when it opened, but 20 years and 20,000 cigarettes have been pretty rough on the place. Our shower didn't drain, toilet would run endlessly after every flush, and the carpet, walls, and really every other surface is spotted with stains. That being said, linen was clean, bed was comfortable, check in was quick and easy, and the hotel is located a very short, very cheap Didi trip from the main pedestrian street. Would stay again for a couple of nights if need be.

Not good customer service and smoking smell everywhere

The staff were very unfriendly when I could not speak English that really disappointed me. But the balcony was nice of my room

來參加一場宴會，順便住了一晚，體驗非常不錯，園林式老牌酒店，環境好，宴會廳非常豪華大氣，還給我升級豪華單間，服務很貼心，房間衞生乾淨整法，設施齊全保養得很好，下次入住還會選擇這家，值得推薦！

位置很好，停車場車位不算多但平時夠用，窗口就可以看到復古火車軌道，有綠皮客車和黑皮貨車路過。早餐豐富。前台小美女姚小姐人美聲甜熱情有禮且業務熟練，為我們的出行給了完美的介紹和建議，非常感謝！

訂的酒店複式房間很大，裏面設施齊全，床品乾淨衞生舒服。早餐豐富，服務很好，來晚了都有部長提醒及時拿食物，非常人性化。總的來説，該酒店在韶關還是比較好的酒店。 建議加強停車場裏充電樁的管理，特別是許多油車長時間佔用充電樁，使到電車不能充電。這點應該改進！

一 衞生很差，剛剛入住的房間發現上個房客在房間的煙灰到處都是，見下圖 水吧的玻璃很多灰塵 二 洗手間馬桶是壞的，而且修不好 屬於年久失修 三 餐廳管理混亂，五一人多，9點半基本沒有食物，和工作人員反饋，抱怨工作人員太少 四 礦泉水收費，多要幾瓶礦泉水，居然説超過額外兩瓶需要收費，400多的房價，第一次聽説礦泉水收費 五 客服電話經常打不通，無人接聽狀態 六 打掃房間居然不疊被子 不整理被褥，也是第一次遇到，後來服務員解釋 忘記了 無語 七 高德地圖價格比攜程便宜 總之不適合帶娃 出差 屬於老牌酒店 但是管理混亂 大堂是五星級，客房是經濟酒店標準，大家不要來了
