The hotel is well-situated and conveniently close to several local eateries. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable, making it feel more like a private residence than a typical hotel. The lighting is reasonable throughout the room, and the TV works well. It’s a solid choice for a straightforward stay.

Travelers be warned! I saw poor ratings but thought I'd give them an honest try and maybe my experience would be good. God, what an awful stay it was. Firstly, I chose the more expensive room that had a photo of a washing machine in the pictures and explicitly states that the room comes with a washer. When I booked the room I wrote a note saying I would arrive after 10PM and shortly after 10 then I arrived, I was given a room with no washing machine and suspect the room I booked was sold to somebody else and the owner told me via WeChat that the washing machine is just for the pictures and that everybody can use the public washing machine on the 8th floor, which was always in use by other people. That's not even the worst part because hell, I can wash my clothes by hand. The worst part is the door the code doesn't always work and on average I needed to enter the door code about 10 times just to enter once!

這次入住體驗很棒！地理位置方便，周邊吃飯逛街都有。前台辦理入住很快，態度也很熱情。房間寬敞明亮、沒有異味，床品柔軟乾淨，一覺睡到天亮，熱水充足、乾濕分離做得好。早餐品種豐富味道也不錯，這個價位能住到這樣的酒店真的很值，以後來還會首選這家！

房間可謂是臟亂差，沒住過這麼臟的，刷新下線了... 空調滴水，水直接會滴到枕頭上，床頭有小動物（蜘蛛）爬來爬去 ，桌面和地板有厚厚的灰塵，想退房還不給，睡到半夜不知道是什麼跳蚤還是什麼蟲子專挑腿上咬，一整晚沒睡好

客服小姐姐幫忙升級了房間，環境還可以，複式的。美中不足的是，椅子沒打掃乾淨，有煙灰。衞生間出來沒有地毯，濕漉漉的，廁所也是濕濕的，排氣扇貌似沒反應。 房型還是能接受的，距離步行街很近。

位置臨街好找，設施齊全衞生也乾淨，可以投影看電影很是享受。周邊就是商圈，吃飯逛街都很方便，性價比超高，值得推薦！

休假過來玩，選擇在這家民宿，入住後才發現大概倆年前旅行完回廣州順路在韶關玩住過，急匆匆在市區玩了一天就去雲門山丹霞山那邊玩了，民宿門口很好找，選的投影房，除了空調遙控器用久了有點不靈以外，很不錯的體驗，看過評論區有些人説隔音差，個人覺得就老小區正常範圍內音量，對我來説不礙事，老闆人很好，連續住幾天給了優惠，有需要會打算回購

總體吧還行，停車場有點小，居然還要收費，這個沒辦法了，離步行街非常近，總體位置還可以的，簡單的玩了下
