やはりフォーシーズンは失望させませんね。訪れたフォーシーズンの中で最高でした。 ビーチが小さくてちょっと残念でしたが、ホテル内施設や、シュノーケリングも素晴らしいです。

シャルム・エル・シェイクで最高のホテルです。一歩足を踏み入れた瞬間から温かく迎え入れられます。敷地は緑豊かで、手入れも行き届いています。必ずまた来たいと思います。

3人で同じ部屋に泊まりました。飛行機が午後8時だったので、2部屋延長してもらえましたが、1部屋はダメでした。初日に電話で交渉したのですが、結局責任転嫁され続けました。2日目には、女性の態度がひどく悪く、直前になって無理だと言われました。ここ数日、チップをたくさん渡していたのに。良い休暇でしたが、ようやく少し安心できました👎👎👎

シャルム エル シェイクでナンバーワンのホテルにふさわしい、すべてが完璧です。まず、部屋が十分に広く、基本的な部屋には庭もあります。次に、サービスが完璧で、特にハウスキーピングに関しては、携帯電話のケーブルもフォーシーズンズのロゴ入りのケーブル管理カバーで整理されています。 ！本当に素晴らしいです！また、朝食はビュッフェだけではなくフードのオーダーも可能です！ベーコンは現場のお兄さんに頼んで炒めてもらいました（笑）、超美味しかったです！そして、フォーシーズンズには独自のビーチと海域があり、シュノーケリングやバナナボートなどのさまざまなプロジェクトがホテルで体験できます〜無敵！最後に、スタッフのzalatのサービスに感謝します。

今まで泊まったホテルの中で最高のホテルの一つです。建築、サービス、食事、設備、すべてが素晴らしかったです。もっと長く滞在したかったです。FSの価格と立地を考えると、間違いなくお勧めです。

シャルム エル シェイクでのフォーシーズンズ リゾートは初めてでしたが、チェックインする前は設備が古いという意見が多かったです。それらはすべて清潔でよく維持されており、美しさはオンラインであり、サービスは言うまでもありません。 ただし、リゾートは広すぎるため、ゴルフスクーターで電話するのは簡単ではありません。予約するには部屋の電話を使用する必要があります。 夜はホテルのレバノン料理レストランに行ってみました。環境は良く、食事はまあまあでした。レストランのマネージャーは広東語を話せました。しばらく私とチャットできます。 朝食は別のオープンビュッフェレストランに変更しましたが、面白かったのはロビーにスズメが飛び交っていてとても雰囲気があったことです。

とても涼しくて、リゾートホテルにぴったりです。休日。

大丈夫、人が少ないだけです。

Disappointing Experience – Not What We Expected from Four Seasons We stayed at Four Seasons Sharm as a family (2 adults and 2 kids) for 3 nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The main issue occurred at Yatai Restaurant. We ordered the Peking duck, but what was served was clearly baladi chicken (local chicken with darker meat), not duck. Despite this, they attempted to charge us over 6,000 EGP for the dish. Only after we complained did the chef apologize and remove it from the bill. In addition, the beach is rocky, not sandy, with very limited seating, making it uncomfortable and unpleasant for a family stay. The staff attitude was generally unwelcoming and unpleasant, which only added to the frustration. The room felt outdated and did not match the standard or luxury expected from a Four Seasons property. While the mistake at the restaurant was eventually acknowledged, the overall lack of quality, service, and attention to detail was unacceptable given the high prices and reputation of the hotel. Overall, this stay did not meet Four Seasons expectations and was very disappointing.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful 8-day vacation. Egypt was a bit challenging, but the Four Seasons Resort made up for everything. Thanks to the incredibly friendly staff, we had a great stay.
