We had an excellent experience. especially the Floret restaurant. The manager, Hossam, and our waiter Mohammed Sha’ban were very kind and helpful. The receptionist Mustafa was also very helpful. Thank you to all the staff members who served us during our stay!

Hotel is good and aqua park is very good for kids and adults, we have faced an issue with the restaurant but it’s solved, food is good, beach also is very good for kids but didn’t have Coral reefs air conditioning in my room is not good, room cleaning is good

Horrible food (every day the same) , a few days there was shortage of beer, stong drinks were awful (yes, I drink, especially on vacation), average service, good location. Far away from 5*.

Fantastic stay staff are so friendly and helpful especially Hemdan from the Floret restaurant, he has made our stay with his brilliant service seeing to our every need and he makes the best cappuccino. Muhammed the grill chef from the oriental restaurant cooked us special omelettes for breakfast every morning and treated us like family. Ebraham from the terrace bar made our nights enjoyable a real joker.

Would recommend this hotel. Special mention to Denham and Ahmed in main restaurant who are so helpful and Denham makes the the best cappuccino and Ebrahem the joker at the terrace bar. And others with unknown names. Will be booking again in the future

I went to the best trip with my family at the Regency Plaza. I want to give a huge thanks to the restaurant The Oriental, where Mr. Mustafa and Chef Mohammad Lebanese gave us a really welcoming experience. The food at the restaurant tasted so good! They gave us the best service with the best waiter Fares. We had a really good and big family room, where everything was clean and neat. The food was great!

We had a fantastic stay here. All the staff were amazing. The guy from housekeeping Osama was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was to much trouble. Chef Mohammed was also fantastic. The food over at the oriental restaurant was second to none. The others that stood out were the guys in the restaurant and the guy at the pool. We were treated like royalty from everyone. We will definitely be back
