"I could not recommend this place more. My boyfriend and I really wanted a quiet weekend away this fall before all the craziness of Thanksgiving and Christmas reigned down upon us. This was our first stay on Shelter Island and we will definitely be back! Bill was a gracious host with an immense amount of knowledge about the island. He was always quick with suggestions of places to eat and things to see. Our room was lovely, the whole place was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable! Probably one of my favorite things was the breakfast sunroom. It was such a treat to get to start the morning with breakfast in a sunlit room looking out on the lake! Also, the B&B is within easy walking distance of a lot including Sweet Tomatoes, Reddings Market and the island bike rental place. LIke I said, it was a wonderful relaxing weekend and we'll definitely be back!"

"Great stay! The 3 bedroom cottage was perfect for our family. The cleaning staff maintain the rooms very well. The pool are is beautiful and very clean. Chez Marie was excellent and we are there 2x during our stay. They offer coffee and tea in AM. Also owner was really accommodating and did a load of laundry for us during our 5 night stay bc we had 2 kids and it started piling up. It’s in a great location and easy access to Beach as well."
