クオリティ イン & スイート ニュー キャッスル(Quality Inn & Suites New Castle)

The stay was needed for a quick overnight trip. The accomadation was comfortable, the staff were friendly and made check in easy. The TV was broken, when turned on it looked like an object had smashed the sceen and was all distorted. When it was off it didn't appear damged. I was already in my pjs, so I didnt call for a replacement. I am sure it would have been remedied but I was just to tired to do anything about it.

Room was fine. However fitness center was "closed until further notice". That was a big disappointment. Breakfast is very limited. Upon arrival I paid for my 3-night stay in full. However, when I checked my credit card account, I found that my credit card was charged for an additional 2 nights. I called and was promised a refund but instead another charge showed up for the same amount. I will stop the credit card payment but I should not have to deal with two bogus charges.

Our stay started off kinda sour when the entire hotel smelled like a strong pine air freshener....everywhere! Even our room! Our allergies were going crazy. Then our bathroom was not clean. The tub still had hair and soap scum. The sink had hair in it. Floor had hair. None of it was ours. The sound of water going thru pipes sounded all night long. The tub faucet dripped all night and when showering was incredibly difficult to pull up to start the showerhead. Breakfast was sad, no eggs or apple juice. Cereal was stale. OJ was tart and undesirable.

I reserved the hotel but couldn't make it due to a snowstorm. We barely reached the nearest destination and couldn't reach the hotel by phone. We asked ******* to cancel our booking without fees and contacted the hotel. ******* got in touch with the hotel, and they assured us there wouldn't be charges considering our situation. However, the next day, I noticed the hotel had charged us anyway. We contacted ******* again, and despite their attempts to negotiate with the hotel, they refused any refunds, despite their earlier assurances. It's disappointing that they chose to jeopardize their reputation over $120. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The sheet on the bed was dirty. Had food staines on it. When ask 4another 1. They brought it down 2 the room it had blood on it. Then 4 2 nites I got charged a xtra 120$ . They said it will fall off when I checked out it didn’t. So I left . Around 8:40 pm I got charged again 4 140$. What the heck???? I have 2 file a dispute on them.

We were pleasantly surprised. Reasonable prices, but nice, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again when in New Castle. Also very pet friendly, which is important to us!

The hotel was good we have stayed there before but we will probably not stay again. The reason is that the breakfast is terrible it was better during the pandemic than it is now. Just waffles and bread no eggs or yogurt. We where there for 3 mornings had to stop on way to job to get something to eat.

The room was nice. The staff was friendly. The hotel was close to a grocery store and places to eat. Plenty of parking spaces.
