Nice hotel for families with children. Spacious room with 2 bathrooms, climbing tunnels, slide, dining area, 2 big n comfy beds. Housed in a woman's and children building, eateries, cafes, convenience stores just right below. A few shopping mall nearby, no where is too far with their taxi. Front desk very friendly and helped organise our delivery and got the robot to deliver our stuff to our room. Will recommend to stay again.

Our family like the hotel a lot! Location is good and the children museum next To it was wonderful and close. We plan to stay there again next time we go there. And we loved the delivery robot

Very kids friendly hotel and no Tv in our suite which was great so kids can spend time playing in the room than watch tv. Clean and tidy and great service!

This hotel is located above the subway and the child exploration museum, it is very convenient for family vacation. The breakfast are very good and nice view at the restaurant.

The room is exactly the same with those pictures shown by the hotel. It is clean and comfortable. But there’s sometimes noisy because of the kids around.

New and convenient, the room is big too. However it is quite noisy upstairs, complaint twice a day.

The children and family suites are such an amazing stay for a young family, providing hours of in-hotel entertainment just playing in the hidey holes and slides. Will be bringing friends with kids there in the future.

My room had very bad toilet smell and shower booth had poor drain. The lobby is on 28th floor but signs are confusing. Otherwise the hotel building is new. Location is on top of MTR station so it’s easy to catch trains.

The location is super convenient, easy access to subway train, bus and taxi drop off. Across street has bank, China mobile, pharmacy and food shops. Ground level of building, you can find McDonald, Starbucks, and food shops. The lobby is big and welcoming! Staffs for check in and out are super welcoming. They will try their next to accommodate your needs. The room inside: a/c is not very stable. Sometime the a/c will turn off itself during the midnight and have to turn back on again. The floor is still dusty. blanket has old smell, bathroom flush well, but sometimes it has light smell comes from toilet. Overall is ok. If you look for convenience, this place is good. If you are super clean person, this may not fit your needs.

Very nice stay,we book family room with 5 beds which fit 4 adults 4 children.

Hotel is 20-28/F, the view is very good. Only 2 evaluators can reach hotel from ground, so need to wait a few minutes at busy hour.

Ideal location, staff are very professional and friendly. If I really have to be picky it’d be their breakfast selections as there weren’t alot of choices.
