Like the eating shop at Ground Floor operate from 7am till 11pm. Walking distance to opposite road for food, drinks and mini market too. Nice room. Taxi and didi conveniently hop on.

We stayed from 22 Dec to 26 Dec 2025, and overall the experience was good. During early check-in, our driver was unable to find the hotel location. He called the hotel to ask for the exact directions, but still couldn’t get to the correct place. In the end, we had no choice but to ask the hotel for help. We were actually already nearby but couldn’t find the main hotel lobby entrance. The hotel staff member, Xiao Wu (小吴), was super nice and came out personally to look for us and guide us to the main lobby entrance. We really appreciated his help and kindness.

We booked a two bedrooms. It’s value for money but location is a bit isolated and there are construction works going on nearby.

We stayed at B T Miele Executive Apartment (Shenzhen Sungang Zhongzhouxuan Branch) as a family and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped—perfect for traveling with kids. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the in-room washer/dryer and kitchenette made longer stays easy. We also appreciated the quiet environment and good soundproofing. Location was convenient for getting around Shenzhen, with shops and cafés nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and responded quickly to requests. Overall, it’s a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay with good value for money. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to other families visiting Shenzhen.

This was a great stay and they helped bring my luggage to the room and they allowed me to stay a bit longer because I was not feeling well. Super amazing interior and clean and location is great

The room is clean and tidy, cleaning lady is so nice that she has taught us how to use the electric reclining sofa. Communications with the hotel front desk were mainly through WeChat, fast and efficient! It would be best if the room is equipped with a table and a chair for reading or using a laptop.

Unfortunately it smelled like smoke when we got in the room. Full kitchen but not well equipped at all apart from two water glasses. Construction is literally across the street and very noisy in the early morning. Bed is hard. The girl works in the concierge was very helpful though.

再次入住此酒店，问题依舊是热水器容積不夠，水压不足，熱水器要長开一陣子，才有暖水供应。房间为一般住宅，所以有雪柜、洗衣机提供，委實方便。房间面積偏小。沐浴间亁湿分离，感覺良好。惟位址遠离地铁站，又缺乏商鋪，是一大缺点。

附近比較荒蕪 但是前台小哥人很好 房間也特別乾淨 吹風機也是小米的，兩室一廳 三個人住 也挺寬敞 下次會再來 不錯

房間乾淨沒有異味，房型非常的大，設施準備的齊全，樓下購買東西比較方便，有一個無人便利店，下次還會繼續再來。

住宿新淨，一塵不染，床舖十分舒服。唯獨需要注意廁所門是半透明磨砂玻璃，對某些人來說可能需要斟酌考慮 。
