I recently stayed at this apartment and had a pleasant experience overall. Pros: • Excellent Location: The apartment is conveniently situated close to key attractions and amenities, making it easy to get around. • Charming Loft Design: The loft layout with a double bed gave the space a cozy and unique feel. It was a delight to retreat here after a long day. • Hassle-Free Check-In: The check-in process was seamless and straightforward, which made arriving stress-free. Cons: • Smoking in the Corridor: Unfortunately, there were occasional instances of people smoking in the corridor, which affected the otherwise pleasant environment. Overall, the apartment was a good choice for its location, design, and ease of access. If the smoking issue can be addressed, it would be an even better stay.

Very clean and tidy. Bedsheets are fresh and comfy. Professional staff. Very good comfy stay.

The counter service lady is friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room still needs improvement. I booked for 4 people but only received 3 towels, and this issue was not resolved even after I provided feedback. Additionally, the bed was dusty and had hair on it. We all ended up getting bitten by mites..lol I believe we can find a better apartment at this price point

極不滿意，房間細小充滿塵埃丶頭髮，衞生差丶沒有雪櫃或電爐，衹得半個衣櫃丶一張小園桌，沒椅子，訂價太高，女管家為節省成本，在冬季最冷的幾個晚上關掉暖氣，還謊説是物業關了中央空調，但隔壁公寓卻有供暖，要我窗簾全開，儲日光取暖，或搬上十層樓，因行李衣物太多而拒絕，她送來棉被和被套，卻要我們自己套上。浴室門隙大，洗澡漏滿屋水，沒晾衣架，罔顧住客安全，要我們上天台晾衣，明明安排了打掃，卻每天問，打掃馬虎，從不鋪床，如此經營，是我們過去兩年住過公寓最差及收費最高的一間。

公寓式酒店，地理位置優越，距離洪湖地鐵站3分鐘步行，距離田貝地鐵站步行7分鐘，辦理入住位於大樓25層。躍層層高過低，榻榻米站不直身體，衞生間洗手池非常小跟高鐵上一樣。 總的來説還可以。

住過這麼多酒店，這家必須安利！熱情前台就讓人好感倍增。房間精緻，床品舒適、隔音好，洗浴用品品質高。服務貼心。位置超棒，周邊交通便捷，靠近景點與商場。體驗全程拉滿，下次還來！

房間不錯，是複式房。樓下有洗衣機，冰箱等等。住在高層可以俯視深圳城市景色非常不錯。老闆服務態度不錯。值得推薦。

這個公寓首先很新很賞心悦目，不是那種舊舊的公寓。房間是高級的感覺，不是簡裝，各方面燈光、衞生都不錯，也安靜，拖鞋毛巾質地都很好，床鋪束縛乾淨，非常好

房間乾淨整潔，床品也很舒服，兩大兩小住着很好，樓層高，光線好，前台小姐姐態度很好，很熱情，還給我們遊玩提供建議

環境很好 房東人也不錯 房間乾淨 位置也很好找 交通很方便 室內佈置也很温馨

距離七號線洪湖地鐵一百米左右，房間挺乾淨，老闆兒服務挺好，以後還會來住。
