Facilities are old and lobby is crap.
Reception staff knows part of the hotel is under renovation and she still arrange my room next to the it. The noise started from 0800 in the morning. I couldn''t stand it so I called the reception to change the room for me. I waited for 20min but no one came, and I have to call again. A staff finally came to show me to anither room,but just as I was grabbing my belongings, the staff disappeared nowhere. After 10min, he showed up again, but I was already pissed off.I went down to the lobby and asked for refund. Since I booked through trip com, I showed the staff the booking screen capture. She then return the phone to me on the phone call page and said she didn't know how to use the phone. I thought she mispressed and I switch back to the booking screenshot. She then gave me the phone again on the phone call page. I asked her what she exactly wants. Finally she said she wanted me to call the service centre for refund.
I was totally pissed off at that time. I' ve never seen bad service like this hotel!
