Staff were friendly, helpful and nice. Real-name registration on the G/F of the building took a long time. The smell of smoking in the room was quite heavy that affected the quality of my sleeping to a certain extent. The room was spacious and washing machine was provided.

The place is nice and easy to communicate with them

Very convenient being on top of the shopping mall. The lady at the office let me choose between 2 apartments. We were able to choose the bigger place. Subway entrance is right outside the building. Couldn’t use the swimming pool since it’s closed for the season.

Overall a good experience. The receptionist became very frustrated by me not talking Chinese or knowing how to use Wechat the night I checked in, which is pretty strange in my opinion. Aside from that, no major complaints. I guess I could mention that balcony wasn't really a nice place to be, and that was slightly disappointing.

他她公寓的房間非常整潔乾淨，包括提供了一次性的馬桶坐墊和床上兩個十分可愛的玩偶，細節感拉滿。 地理位置也十分優越，離下沙地鐵站很近，公寓緊鄰KK one。 但需要重點要表揚的是她們的公寓管理人員，她們的服務真是體貼周到。我的預訂，中間有一天不住，她們會幫客户保管。我衹需要在走之前把行李留在房間，她們就會處理好。這種服務精神值得讚揚。前台接待的女士給我留下深刻印象，她是一個樂觀、善良、樂於助人的女士！

Отличное расположение апартаментов,сама по себе квартира уже немного уставшая, но все для комфортного прибывания в ней было.Замечательные хозяева которые всегда готовы прийти на помощь по любому вопросу.Заселили нас на час раньше,хотя мы уточняли возможность раннего заезда и нам сказали что все апартаменты заняты и скорее всего не получится. Перед заселением выслали подробную инструкцию как найти вход,поэтому проблем с поиском не возникло.За отдельную плату посещали бассейн,он находится на 5 этаже данного жк.Если останавливаетесь на несколько дней,то это замечательный вариант.
