The room is nice and practical, mine has the view facing golf course. The two pools are great (just that I hope the water can be a bit more clean). Staff is super helpful especially the room cleaning lady who gave us the extra clothes hanging tools for swimwear drying. Kids indoor playroom's air condition need improvement. Changing room & swimming towel arrangement also need improvement. We had a lot of fun for this 3 days trip and will definitely refer friends to go.

The lack of dedicated supervision or oversight in the kid zones is a notable shortcoming. Absolutely fabulous! I'm very satisfied with the service, accommodation, Cantonese cuisine and the golf course! Perfect experience.

Excellent experience overall due to the friendly and attentive service from everyone, including the manager. The dinner buffet at the Mountain Cafe is pretty good so we went there both nights of our stay. There’s a large kids playroom and gaming area also. We were there for the indoor skiing at Karoo (for beginners), which is located at the ecological sports park across from the MH Mall. Everything nearby is conveniently accessed by the regular hotel shuttle bus, which operates every 20 minutes. Mission Hills is the second to last stop on Line 4 of the Shenzhen MTR. Exit A brings you to the hotel shuttle bus stop just a few meters ahead. We’ll definitely come back again sometime.

service is great, food is good, swimming pool is clean and secure, lots of excitement touring around the hotel with avenue of stars, games and facilities ... love it! Free Shuttle bus to MH mall is very convenient. (improvement: provide body lotion in bathroom and cup & teaspoon at minibar inside the room) Will come back for skiing next time.

Our family had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities are great for kids, with a fantastic swimming pool that kept them entertained for hours. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety. However, there were a few downsides. The children's play area got quite hot, which made it difficult for them to play for long periods. The badminton court lacked air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to play in the afternoon heat. We also encountered an issue with the room door lock, which was a bit concerning. On a positive note, the hotel provided air purifiers in the rooms, which was a welcome addition. Overall, it was a good experience, but the hotel could improve by addressing the issues with the play area, badminton court, and room door locks.

A BIG NICE!!!!come with my girl friend,the environment is really good and so good service in the hotel.the staff knows that it's our anniversary[庆祝]specially upgrade us to the executive room，its really best golf view！we have a lot of fun in the mission hills。so relaxed here，there's a big mall with all kinds of food，a beautiful driving range.....

Very good experience, kids friendly, spacious room and excellent breakfast, we will come back again!
