房间很棒，晚上很安静૮ ・ﻌ・ა

Front desk check-in and check out process is very efficient. The room is very clean. The location is very close to shopping and mall.

First time staying here. Loved - Modern renovated room, comfy bed, smart switches (curtains, usb ports for charging etc). location walking distance to Xixiang MTR station. 20 minutes walk to night market (recommend), good shower. Others - A/C strong, decent Wifi strength and coverage Didnt love - Old carpets, smoke smell in room despite non-smoking, in room TV had projection functionality from but doesnt work.

The same Leica won't be found instead the symbol and Gluck hotel is what you will find. The staff were friendly and they allowed us an early booking. The materials are of good quality and are well integrated. The toilet paper holder is placed way back but the hair dryer is perfectly placed next to the washing bowl. I noted that there was no fridge in the room. A pleasant stay all around with a descent breakfast, McDonald's, KFC etc across the road plenty of other malls within walking distance as well as Xixiang metro station.

So this place I would suggest if you are couple dating you can be here, but if you go to Shenzhen for business probably not the best choice.

Overall living experience is a good one. There are many stores and restaurants nearby.

Location is a little far to Xixiang metro.

前台服務態度不錯，耐心安排了合適的房間，本想着給個好評  但一晚上都沒睡好   空調的聲音實在是吵的要命，  也不知道什麼人才設計  空調對着床 這麼熱的天氣不開空調熱死  開了空調對着吹又冷死 ！！

親子房間很漂亮，擁有一張1.8米的床和1.2米的床足夠我們一家人使用，房間裏也有兒童滑梯和公仔佈置，全部都是智能系統，沖涼房間也很寬敞，房間也可以延遲到兩至三點才離開，離開的時候獲得前台贈送的禮品，是一間很貼心的酒店，是我下次會再來的酒店😊

到達酒店後，工作人員熱情接待，進入電梯，非常涼快酒店大堂也是，進入房間被眼前的景象震撼到了！巨幕投影房的外觀，簡約而時尚的設計，房間內部佈置，温馨而舒適。超大的巨幕幾乎佔據了整個牆面，畫質清晰細膩，色彩鮮艷，整個觀影過程非常流暢，體驗感很滿意！

帶孩子來深圳玩無意間發現了這家酒店離地鐵站和大仟裏近便訂了，訂房時備註了小朋友喜歡小豬佩奇到酒店發現房間裏面真的是小豬佩奇的床尾巾，酒店有求必應的舉動非常感謝，房間還有小朋友玩的滑梯和小玩具，孩子特別喜歡，這次酒店住的很滿意

這次入住體驗簡直滿分！房間設施齊全又嶄新，智能設備操作便捷，床品柔軟親膚，一夜好眠。酒店位置絕佳，周邊交通便利，無論是購物還是出行都十分方便。強烈推薦，下次還會選擇這裏！

滿意推薦推薦房間佈置的很合理設施也很新，衞生非常乾淨整潔沒有異味，而且管理很好不在酒店入住的客人是不允許上房間樓層的，外賣也是由酒店工作人員詢問才可以送的、這一點還是讓人挺安心的，喜歡還升級房間
