The staff in this hotel is very friendly and nice, they are willing to help if there’s any questions. It’s fast to finish the check in process. The location is super near Sam, so it’s convenient for shopping and there’s a big mall nearby. 這家酒店的工作人員非常友好和善良，如果有任何問題，他們願意提供幫助。 完成簽到流程很快。 位置超級靠近山姆，所以購物很方便，附近還有一家大商場。

I had a wonderful stay at Vienna Hotel for 8 nights. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every staff member made me feel genuinely welcome. The receptionists always greeted me with warm smiles, kindness, and professionalism, making me feel at home after a long day. A special thank you to the housekeeping team. They went above and beyond by helping me wash and iron my clothes every day, which made my business trip so much easier and more comfortable. Their care, dedication, and attention to detail truly touched me. It’s not just the clean rooms or the comfortable facilities that make this hotel special—it’s the people. Their sincerity, hospitality, and willingness to help created a memorable experience that I will always remember. Thank you, Vienna Hotel, for making my stay so pleasant. Everything was perfect from room to location to service. Everything.

We booked a non smoking room. When we entered it smelled like smoke. We were moved to another room but realised that the hotel did allow smoking in all the rooms, a sign on the bedside table asking to not smoke in bed though. For someone with respiratory issues this can be dangerous. A big ashtray next to the elevator. People were smoking in the lobby right next to a No smoking sigh allowed and the hotel personal did not say anything. The non smoking room option should be removed from the booking site. Great location, close to many restaurants.  Receptionists helpful with a translator app.

Hotel room is clean but bit old. Does not come with mini fridge, but there is one big refrigerator (shared between hotel guest and staff) in the laundry room next to the lobby.

I don’t really think there’s anything special about this hotel other than the location. The staff always seems too busy to help.

We wanted to stay close to the mall across the road. Though the location was good here, there was such a strong cigarette smell in the room (non-smoking room).

THIS HOTEL LOCATION IS GREAT, AND THE ROOM IS CLEAN. THIS STAY HERE MANY TIMES ALREADY.
