I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff were excellent—very friendly, helpful, and attentive. My flight was delayed, and I arrived at around 2 a.m. Despite the rain, the staff were waiting for me and even came with an umbrella to pick me up. I truly appreciated their warm hospitality. The hotel is in a great location, conveniently close to the Metro and a shopping mall. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Downstairs have a Lawson, Very convenient to buy snacks The area is quiet , need a bit of a walk to.metro station Hotel services good, they gave the kids souvenir and also gift for me. Room looks v clean but a think have some dust as we had nose allergy when slept Bathroom is too transparent with just glass wall and door The cleaning ladies were too noisy at their locker room in early morning.

Nice rooms and good location with mall and metro Everything is good order clean and functional. Staff is friendly so it’s all good . Check-in desk area can be a little tricky to find.

Fantastic stay and experience at this hotel. It's very clean, the staff are helpful, friendly and very professional. Very good location, very near stores, malls and subway stations. I booked the duplex and it was a really nice bedroom. The breakfast was excellent and it also had very tasty coffee. Everything about this hotel has been really good. Thank you.
