半年の間に3回このホテルを訪れました。すでにこのホテルが大好きです。期待できるのは、真新しい、清潔で豪華な施設です。スタッフはとても親切で、かなり役に立ち、英語を話す人もいます。ジムとプールも広くてとても清潔です。場所は市内中心部から少し離れているため、タクシーで南山の観光スポットに行くには10〜20分かかることを覚悟しておく必要があります。前海の近代的なショッピングモールまで徒歩10分です。新しく開発されたオフィスエリアに位置し、周辺はモダンで静かです。ビュッフェスタイルの朝食は西洋と中華の両方でした。おいしかったです。全体的な経験は最高でした！私はこのホテルをステイケーションの隠れ家に強くお勧めします。深センで最高の選択肢の1つです。

予約にはチェックイン時間が午後2時と書かれていたので、午後3時頃に到着しましたが、部屋は午後5時までチェックインの準備ができていませんでした。これは人生で一度も経験したことがないと思います... とにかく、待っている間にジムの施設を使用するように提案してくれました。初めてだと道に迷いやすいので、マネージャーのフランコがとても親切で気配りがあり、とても良かったです。 部屋は広くて清潔です。休日でもたくさんの工事が行われているため、エリアは非常に新しいため注意してください。 アメニティはフロントに電話する必要があり、歯ブラシを要求する必要がありました。シャワーのコンディショナーはほとんど空でした。 屋外プールの建設に関して言えば、まだ完成していません。屋内プールのラウンジチェアは非常に限られていますが、非常に快適です。 朝食のサービスはよかったですが、食べ物とテーブルの間のスペースがかなり狭いので、多くの子供たちがビュッフェの周りを走り回っています。 総合 3.5/5

Modern and hip hotel with excellent gym and pool facilities. Easy to get access to nearby shopping malls and restaurants.

The JEN Hotel was a pretty good place to stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, which is the most important thing. The only downside was that there was quite a bit of noise coming from the hallway outside, though the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs to help with that. One thing I really liked about the hotel was the common room area. It had free coffee, an ice machine, a fridge, and a microwave, which was really convenient. And the fitness center was huge, with a full-sized boxing ring, which was a nice surprise. So despite the noise issue, I'd say it was a solid hotel stay. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Very modern hotel, clean and well equipped rooms. The breakfast offer a lot of choice, very good. All is new around so still have some construction but the view from the room at high floor is nice

The hotel is clean and new. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and will definitely come back again and will recommend this hotel to families and friends.

Good location if you need to be in Qianhai. Good vibe, good food. Quite some food options and coffeeshops in the nearby retail areas. Very good value for money in Shenzhen.
