Nice and pleasant stay. Location of property is quite good, staff is friendly and courteous. Uncle from patiala who serves food, has given personal attention and kind enough to provide everything required by us. Room was neat and clean. Thanks for everything. Vivek Agarwal

Amazing hospitality and food. Beautiful property for corporate event and family outings. Staff is amazing starting from Mr. Aman Pathak with all the help and then Pawan Ji who made everything as per our requirements and Bhauma Ji with his excellent client service. Family like feeling during entire stay. They always take extra care of the guests. Aman ji and Pawan ji consistently followed up and took care of our needs and preferences and Bhauma ji took care of entire group. Location is fine, and valley view rooms are just mesmerising to the eyes.

Had a wonderful stay here . The ambience was as if we are living admist nature. The staff was very cordial. Especially Mr. Manish Thakur and Mr. Bhuma were very helpful in understanding customer's need. The food was simple but tasty. Recommended for friends and family.

Tree House located at Chail is beautiful resort and perfect weekend gateway far away from the hustle bustle of Delhi. Resort surrounded by mountains and has a breath taking view from every room. Rooms are clean and well maintained with all morden amenities. You can hear the chirping of birds and music of mountains from room itself. Food service is also excellent. Food is good. Bonfire during winter add charm to the resort. It is well maintained with beautiful aesthetics. Each and every corner is beautifully decorated. Overall would like to give ten on ten for this resort. Sharing some mesmerizing views from balcony.

One of the best properties to relax with a view. All amenities available inside the property . Bon fire, kids area , food is good , ample parking space. Rooms are spacious and modern . Highly recommended in December month near christmas to enjoy snowfall.

We had a wonderful experience at the Chail treehouse resort. The property has breath taking views, is clean and has a homey feeling. The staff was very attentive and always smiling. Good walking trails around. I would recommend this place if someone wants to be closer to the nature.

We had a fabulous time at the Treehouse Chail Villas. The hotel was compact and cute, with breath-taking views. My children loved the play area and were mesmerised by the bonfire every night. The food was exceptionally good, with very good variety, especially relative to the size of the hotel. The service was out of this world, and the staff, especially Manish ji, could not have been more accommodating. They were very happy to customise the menu to our taste every single day, and make delicious alternatives for the children to try. They even gave us a wonderful packed lunch for our children when we travelled home. The room was lovely, very large and well looked after. The children especially enjoyed the duplex structure of the rooms. We were sorry to leave and would return in a heartbeat.
