Good location, good view, very large room (I booked a 2-level room with 99 square metres on a high floor), good room rate, breakfast quite good, except I don't like to take a shower inside a bath tub which had blockage. Overall, it is very good.

The hotel is very quiet excellent breakfast and among most excellent staff. The staff at tge reception Oscar was helpful in arranging our transportation. Definitely I will visit again.

Great sized room, very clean, good service. manda was especially very helpful. service is very good, and robots bring your packages up tp your room!

The hotel offered a very spacious room. There were many different kinds of food to choose from for breakfast.

Big hotel and good service but one problem for me is … front desk not speak English very well so sometime when asking something take very long time to get information

Excellent location in the heart of Shishi. Comfortable room with all the amenities. Great breakfast buffet. Helpful and kind staff.

Huge duplex apartment suite, breakfast choices are limited, huge gym, pool water is too cold. Affordable price for this kind of quality and if you have business in the area.

Near the market , easy access to everything, robot delivery makes ordering food easier.

The service provided by the staff was excellent, especially Ms. Fu Lili (UNY) at Pullman Shishi reception. She was extremely helpful and provided great guidance throughout my stay.
