I like entertainment, enjoyed the facilities overall I had a great fun with my 3 sisters and I am coming back for definite and recommend to my friends. Enjoyed the meals to taste varieties sort of food from breakfast , lunch and dinner, the staff are very polite lovely people

Location is the best! Walkable to Side itself. This is so good to do. The animation and all the staff is so very friendly. (Be sure to tip them). Food was all right, I’ve had better. But many options. All the facilities you need and the size of the hotel is medium so you get to know everyone.

all the food is very delicious and fresh, drinks are available all the time and you get to choose from a lot, whether you want drinks non or with alcohol, rooms are cozy, the view from there is really worth it and beds are really comfortable to sleep in, everyone from the staff is nice and helpful

Good food, animation and loads of activities. Really enjoyed my time. Maybe next year I will visit Side star beach again. Made her a lot of new friends and memory I wouldn't forget in my life. Kazim is a top guy from the animation team and become a friend also

Not for younger Brits as too many very rude, German OAPs holiday there. I would not encourage any English speaking people who are under 75 years old to stay there. Other than that, great location and good food but tired and small rooms with tiny balconies which are requiring a complete refurbishment. If you are English speaking, take a firestick or similar with you as there are only a few news programmes on the TV in English. Everything else is in German.

1st experience of an all inclusive holiday and I wasn't disappointed! The hotel was right beside the beach, close to the main town and a short walk to the old town. The hotel was immaculately kept both indoors and out with plenty of places to sit and relax. I'd been warned that food in all inclusive could be dodgy, but the Side Beach's restaurants were superb. The choice and quality could not be faulted. The main buffet style restaurant was supported by a smaller outdoor unit for lunches and additional separate a la carte options on site. The bedrooms were bright and spacious with air conditioning. Planning to go back to Turkey again and don't see any need to look elsewhere.

Not sure about the positive reviews. This is an old hotel (the oldest of the Side Star Hotel group) and it shows - especially the restaurant and the rooms are in dire need of a renovation. Staff were usually stressed, with no time for any personal service. The worst aspect of our stay were the buffets - canteen food at best, which matched the general atmosphere in the crowded restaurant. Two of our family members became sick due to the food. Of the three a-la-carte restaurants, the fish restaurant was the only good one. The beach is small, so the sun beds are very close to each other (and they were usually reserved with towels). The pool was too cold, but there was a small, heated indoor pool as well. The only good thing of this hotel is the location - directly at the promenade, and only 10mins from the old town of Side. We had a look at the Side Star Elegance, which is bigger but more modern and has a good location as well - surely the better option. The Side Star Beach in comparison is an old and crowded three-star hotel. Not recommended.

The animation team is the best. They are really busy with the guests to play with the games. The hotel is really clean and the food is also very good. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The pillows are really soft and the rooms are cleaned very good.

hotel immaculate in every way. customer relations girls absolutely outstanding. hotel staff very friendly, food good but not outstanding, prefer waiter service, main self service restaraunt bit like a school canteen,waiters have no time to engage with guests, just running everywhere, wake up calls a bit hit and miss, lovely location on the beach, love the beach cafe, they should really do breakfast, snack menus should be available throughout the day, people going on trips come and go at different times, Worst thing : the view from my room was a BRICK WALL, not garden view as i booked with Jet2; Jet2 are rubbish! Side Star lovely!
