23時とかなり遅めのホテル到着でしたが、カウンターにスタッフが居て、何も問題なくチェックインすることができました。
スタッフは全員、すれ違うと笑顔で挨拶してくれて、こっちも笑顔で返したくなるくらい気持ちが良かったです。掃除が趣味なのかというくらい、常に掃除をしていらして、ホテル内はかなりにキレイでした。
プールは、個人の体感差はあると思いますが、水質と温度も日本と変わらないくらいキレイに感じました。
受付ではアンコール遺跡群のツアーが大小の2つ用意($25 or $30)されていて、予約無しで参加することができました。チケット売り場にも途中寄ってくれましたので助かりました。
問題は特にありませんでしたが、強いて言えば13インチのラップトップが金庫に入らなかったので、大きい貴重品の管理は難儀です。
また、入口周辺にはトゥクトゥクのおっちゃん達が朝も夜もたむろしているので、移動手段はカンタンに確保できますが、徒歩移動がメインの方は少しうっとうしく感じるかもしれません。
総じて、また泊まっても良いと思えるホテルでした。
