Beautifully designed Resort and the Staff is incredible friendly! Does Not Matter If the Front of the House employees, waiters or housekeeping; all really Professional. The breakfast offers a big variety of Asian Cuisine and Western Classics. Pool area is very nice. The only Part which could be improved is that the rooms are spacious as well as well maintained, but in general a Bit old and could get a do-over.

We had the best time ever at The Embassy Angkor! The rooms are beautiful with the most comfy bed we had all vacation. The breakfast is delicious and the pool is so nice we could stay there for days. We were also very impressed with Rin, Lucky, Morning star and the rest of the staff who were always very kind and helpful. Overall highly recommended and we would love to come back

First and foremost, I would like to highlight the outstanding level of service that your staff exhibited throughout my stay. The entire team at The Sarai, especially Rose, David, and Anna, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a delightful experience. Their dedication and willingness to assist me were truly commendable. I must add that all the other staff members were equally helpful and contributed to making my stay exceptional. Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I am grateful for the outstanding hospitality and will not hesitate to recommend The Sarai to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you once again for providing me with a remarkable experience.

1日目 まず空港での出迎えが素晴らしかったです。 ウェルカムボードがひときわゴージャスで、後ろの方に控えめに立っていました。 simカードを調達する間に、スーツケースを車に乗せてくれました。 車に乗る時には冷えたおしぼりと冷えたペットボトルのお水をいただきました。移動中の車内トークも心地よかったです。 ホテルに到着した瞬間にも、おしぼりと水。まだロビーに足を踏みいれていないうちから、ホスピタリティが爆発しています。 ウェルカムドリンクはヨーグルトベースで、星形のパイナップルが添えられて美味しかったです。 黄色い制服のピーターには是非会ってください！ 私たちが座っているソファの前に跪いて、丁寧にチェックインの説明をしてくれました。 仏のようなスマイル、ジョークを交えたトーク、懇切丁寧な説明、日本語も本当に多少ですが話せます。この時点でカンボジアに来て良かったと思いました！ 説明が一通り終わり、いざ入室。 ベッドの飾り付けがカンボジア感があって可愛らしかったです。エアコンが効いていてホッとしました。 湯船が大きいゆえに、お湯を溜めるのは時間がかかるので、早めに溜め始めることをおすすめします。 テレビではYouTubeが見れます！地味にありがたいです。 荷物を置いて夕飯のレストランへ移動。 トゥクトゥクドライバーはホテルお抱えの方がいます。流しを捕まえる必要がないので、とても安心できます。 入店前、帰りは電話をしてね、と言ってもらって別れました。 おいしいクメール料理を堪能して(1時間半ほど)Viに電話したところ、すでにレストラン前で待っているとのことでした。日本とは全然違うなぁと驚きが隠れませんでした。 往復で5$でした。 ホテルに戻って、そこでもおしぼりとお水をいただきました。明日の出発時間を共有して、トゥクトゥクの手配をしていただきました。 2日目 本日のトゥクトゥクドライバーはSONY。 破格の価格(28$＋10$+チップ2$)で、朝日〜夕陽鑑賞まで連れて行ってくれました。 集合時間の30分も前に待っていてくれた時は感無量でした。 観光スポットを見終えて戻るたびに、冷たいおしぼりと冷たいペットボトルの水をくれます。 本当に暑くて汗をかくので、この気配りはありがたかったです。 トゥクトゥクは風を切って移動できるので、クールダウンにちょうどいいです。 朝日を見て、朝食のためにホテルに戻りました。 レストランはプールの隣にあり、リゾート気分が味わえます。 メニューは20種類ほどあり、全て食べてみたかったです。 提供も早く、カプチーノはラテアートが施されており、見た目でも楽しませてくれます。 夕方に友人はマッサージに行きました。 チェックイン時に25%オフのクーポンをいただきました。 マッサージの前におしぼりと水、1時間のマッサージの後に生姜湯とフルーツとおしぼりが出てきました。 マッサージはもちろん気持ちよかったそうです。 夕陽を見ている間に清掃が入り、タオルが補充されていました。本当に至れり尽くせりです。 3日目 ランドリーサービスを利用しました。チェックイン時に30%オフのクーポンをいただきました。 袋を開けるといい匂いがするので、ぜひ利用してみてください。 4日目 再度、アンコールワット朝日鑑賞へ。 出発時間やフライト時間を考えると、朝食のためにホテルに戻ってくるのはもったいないということで、お弁当を用意してくれました。 5種類のパン、ゆで*2個、バナナ、みかん、とボリュームたっぷりでした。 ちなみにゆで*は半熟で塩味がついていて、とても美味しかったです。 最後、精算のためにホテルに戻り荷物を受取。 飛行機まで時間があるので、シャワーを使うか聞かれました。チェックアウト後なのに、どこまでも優しいです。 精算後、お土産でストールをいただきました。 大ファンになったピーターと記念撮影をして、SONYのトゥクトゥクでシェムリアップ空港に送っていただきました。 [まとめ] コスパもホスピタリティも最強の5つ星ホテルでした★ 常に次の訪問場所・出発時間を聞いてくれ、トゥクトゥクを手配してくれます。 どのスタッフも私たちの名前を呼んでくれ、スタッフ自身も率先して自己紹介をしてくれるため、コミュニケーションを取るのが楽しかったです。 今回は3泊だけでしたが、いつか1ヶ月ぐらいゆっくり滞在したいと思いました！

The attention to detail in the interior design, with its lavish furnishings, excellent choice of lighting, and unique artistic touches, elevates the overall experience to new heights. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. The plush bedding, tranquil ambiance, and panoramic views create an oasis of relaxation. The Exceptional Service: One of the standout features of Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is its commitment to providing exceptional service to its guests and the environment. The staff members are attentive, courteous and go above and beyond to meet every guest's needs. The manager even made an effort to visit me at the gym as he could not greet me at the reception. The hotel's staff is truly dedicated to creating a seamless and memorable stay for each visitor. In addition, the commitment to a plastic-free experience was impressive - there was literally none in all the facilities. They should be commended. The Stage 1960 had an impressive menu with imported meats I doubt can be found elsewhere; breakfast every morning was beautiful with the freshest local ingredients to create innovative dishes; even the room service, typically an afterthought, was thoughtful with something for everyone. Location: The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is ideally located. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the magnificent Angkor Wat, allowing guests to easily explore the UNESCO World Heritage site. Additionally, it's only a 2-minute ride to the bustling Old Market and the vibrant Pub Street, providing convenient access to local markets, shops, and lively nightlife. Tuk-tuk drivers are on standby outside the hotel so there is no wait In summary, Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is a beacon of luxury, hospitality, and elegance in Siem Reap. I have yet to find a flaw!
