Staff accogliente, hotel dotato di tutti i comfort e pulizia ottima, ampio parcheggio interno. Ottimo.

It’s probably a 3.5. Good value for what we paid. Basic but clean. Breakfast v basic. Bus to the town but not that frequent and stops at 8pm ish. Taxi was 15 euro back. Hard to walk to town as a v busy road and no footpath. Would stay again if we needed somewhere with easy parking.

The property was really very nice it was close to town.

The whole experience was awful - I give below just a few reasons. 1. One cannot check-in after 11 pm as nobody stays at the reception overnight. They could've give me the code for unlocking the outside gate but could not care less. 2. The WiFi works sporadically, meaning almost never. 3. There are no restaurants nearby, so you have to take a bus or walk to the city to eat. But then again, if you are back after 11 pm they would lock you outside. 4. Almost nobody from the staff speaks English. 5. They wake you up in the morning to offer you something even if the "do not disturb" sign hangs on the door (see item 4). I think this should be enough to make you think twice before booking this establishment. Cheers, Nicolae

The room was a simple room, average Italian size with a small bathroom. It’s in the outskirts of Siena but one can walk if desire. It has a big parking lot, so RVs can fit in too. The breakfast was big and fresh. It was really clean and definitely would comeback because the service was really good.

Staff had left the building during business hours, so I had to call them and wait 15 minutes for them to come back. Room wasn’t very clean. Good location outside of Siena, but low-quality hotel.

The place is nice. It's near the historic centre of Siena. They have their own and spacious parking lot. The room is clean though there's a spiderweb at the upper side corner of the window of our bathroom. The breakfast is okay. It's a buffet but there's no wide range of choices for breakfast. The staffs are accommodating. Overall, we have our nice stay here.

Conveniently located but poorly maintained old facility, to be avoided in hot summer days as air conditioning doesn’t work properly (we had to sleep with window open and the hotel is right by intense traffic road). Surprisingly in COVID times, the (pretty basic) breakfast was mainly served in underground and unventilated room, despite large space on outdoor terrace. Overall a bit overpriced (120 Eur + local tax)
