The apartment is very clean and the bed is comfortable. But there is no window in the bedroom making it very stuffy and hot because there is no cooling facility in the apartment. So it will be a problem if you stay there in Summer

A centrally located hotel with ski lockers next to the rooms. Everything worked OK. Easy access to car park and shop downstairs. Easy to make breakfast in your room. Our room was on two floors. What I would have missed was that more coffee capsules would have been brought into the room without asking for them separately.

We only stayed for one night. We were really pleased with the location as well as with the service. The lady at the frontdesk was kind and helpful. The appartment was very clean and well equiped and above all, they accept dogs, something hotels in Sierra Nevada don’t do. We had chocolates on our bed and goddies for the dog in a little bowl. We’ll defintely be back for a longer stay.

The staff here were very nice and helpful, but the place is bang average. The beds weren’t very comfy and it isn’t great value for money. However this is probably representative of the limited options in Sierra Nevada.

Our stay was simply great. Great location in the main square above the parking, very nice staff, super clean apartments and awesome views. We've stayed in other apartments in Sierra Nevada and this are the best so far! You can also hire other services with them.

We found hairs everywhere that weren’t ours even in the bed there was these long pieces of hair on the pillows you can’t get to sleep cause its really loud. When I went to go to the shower my towel was full of hairs it’s disgusting how a hotel can’t keep there rooms clean

We arrived to the inside plaza with the warmest of welcomes. Having received a friendly call before our arrival to help book skis and ask if we would like parking. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful kind and cheerful. We arrived on jan 16 to beautiful weather and we’re upgraded to a fabulous studio with views to slopes and town. Tv functioning kitchen good size bathroom with a bath!!!! Love a bath and a dryer for clothes. The restaurant on the square I front of hotel was possibly one of the best pizzas I’d ever had! The whole experience was amazing and we will definitely stay in the inside plaza Sierra Nevada again. Parking right below. Close to slopes right in the town. Everything was great. Only downfall, little to no wifi once everyone returned to hotel.
