Not in the best area, the whole bathroom was dirty. The floor on in the room left our white socks black.

The staff was very accommodating with my request for a room on the 2nd level. The con is that it fronts a very busy street but it did quiet down around midnight even on a Friday night. The room was clean though the sink was slow and I was unable to open the window due to a broken fixture but overall, the room was comfy. TV had lots of cable channels and beds were relatively comfy. I had 2 queen beds in the room so would stay here again. Lastly, it's very convenient with nearby restaurants - across the street, next door, down the block....

Asked if we could get our room near our friends. They said no problem. Gave us our key card then after wandering around for a bit discovered our room was at the opposite end of the hotel from our friends. Once we found our room the key card wouldn’t work. Had to walk back to the front of the hotel to get the correct key card. Walked back to the other end of the complex to our room but once we got in all the knobs were busted on the heater/ac unit. Called front desk again to come and fix. They eventually did a temporary fix.

Very noisy, you can hear people in and out all night. I try to get the transportación to the airport and the set time within two hours of waiting, no convenient for tourist. Place was dirty and parking was very busy with trucks and business matter . No recommended

Hair dryer was broken and nobody was able to give us a working one, the ac/heat unit would randomly work and then not, the light switch was broken in the bathroom, and the breakfast options were always out no matter how much earlier we went.

Pros: Close to airport and cruise port Comfortable bed and sheets Free breakfast Friendly staff Microwave/fridge Cons: Small towels Old rooms VERY noisy, couldn’t believe how loud the outside was Very small tv Shower didn’t drain well Heater was wonky We signed up the night prior for the cruise port shuttle. Morning of we arrive 7 minutes early and the shuttle had already left with no warning or room call. No one told us the shuttle would leave prior to the departure time. They had an employee take their personal car 15 minutes later to drop us off. While appreciated, it was very odd all in all. I feel they forgot about us.

I like the property and the facilities. The breakfast is very limited and not many options for kids. The bathroom floor is very creaky and leaking. The edges are not cleaned.

It was quite. The only thing was my shower was a little tricky on how to turn on but other than that, a great stay. I would recommend this place to everyone.
