素敵なホテル。とても清潔で新しく、スタッフもフレンドリー。少し値段が高い…ビーチとプールエリアは少し狭いと思います 全体的に良い場所

新しいホテル、すべて問題ありません、広い部屋、本当に問題がありました、海の景色を予約しましたが、実際にはそうではありませんでしたが、これは明らかにアグリゲーターとホテルの間の関係ではありません、朝食は高価ですが、良い水準です、海はきれいです、私たちは週末にそこに行きましたが、ホテルは満員で、地元の人がPPから到着しました）

Parking quite difficult due too many customers and the staffs not friendly at all. Bellboy come to pick my luggages from my car and then he drop off my luggages next to the walk way without tell me and i was looking my luggages. After checked in, they gave me the key card and not even tell me where the elevator is. This is my first time i go there, i can say that i need to find the elevator to access my room. When i comeback arrived in front hotel looking for parking, security keep standing and talk even see my car already stop in front of the hotel and they don’t tell us have space for park or not until i go asking him, do you have parking space.

I really liked the breakfast..and that the hotel is located at the beach. After going into the water a few times...my swimwear now smells like raw sewage. After washing in hot water with heavy detergents..the smell lingers and the swimwear had to be disposed of. There is a waste treatment in the water beside the hotel. The staff in the cafateria has a habit of reserving tables for their friends...and its disgusting and exclusionary behavior. A male staff member did this to me twice during breakfast...and his manager was happy to support this behavior as i tried to find a place to sit in the busy cafateria. Sitting at a table joined together... these nasty people finish their meals and then move their plate to my direction. So i would search for single tables and this staff member in the photo would make that difficult. The hotel is poorly designed and a death trap. I smashed my index finger in the heavy balconey door....the pillows were awful and i suffered damage to me neck....i fell entering the bar area because my sneaker got caught in the seperate stone grates in the floor. Although a woman staff came to assist me... she soon began to make light of the situation as though a 50 y.o woman falling is a joke. My pants were damaged.. I cut my knee....and the pain to my left foot being trapped in that grate was excrutiating. The manager quickly ran away and did nothing to assist. Avoid this place if you can. It is quite expensive and i only chose it because it was newer and supposed to be cleaner.

Booking through Trip.com is quite reasonable price compare to other OTAs and Walk in to property, appreciate it. The property is quite clean to its newly built. The Breakfast voucher purchase at the counter is cheaper than booking via OTA. And I got an upgrade from Standard to Deluxe Room, it’s quite the same layout only different to big corner balcony but still love how they treat us.

Room condition, cleanliness, location, and sraff service, everything is really good! I am sure to visit there again!!

We like the hotel but the night lights need be proper install for conviniency and also the tv doesn’t have live tv and internet only have YouTube! It should be available for Netflix too! The breakfast is superb! But the beaches is dirty and need to be cleaned regularly! And need more umbrella for avoid hot sunlight

Love the hotel

Nice rooms & splendid view w a very cozy bed. The receptionists are very friendly but not the bar on the beach, won’t respond to you until it’s your turn. Hope to get at least a “ wait a minute sir/mam” while calling several times to order.
