The location is very nice in a quiet beach (but careful with the ferry company you choose because there is only one going to Sandy Beach). The A/C in the rooms is silent and the views to the beach are amazing. Nevertheless, there are some things they need to improve. They were renovating the access to the beach, so every morning at 7 am we had noisy works on-going at our door. Sheets and towels were not very clean, and they did not make our room any day of our 3-nights stay. The personnel provided us with some misleading information about the surrounding area, trying to prevent us from spending money outside the hotel: they told us that the road up the hill was a construction area with nowhere to go, when in fact there was a very nice restaurant where they also organized cheaper excursions. Finally, they ended up charging us a fee of 2.5% for paying with credit card (when we specifically asked about the payment before going, they didn't mention it). The first two days we had a-la-carte breakfast, with an Asian, English and pancakes options with one drink (coffee/tea or box juice), although other customers could order both coffee/tea and juice (last day they offered a buffet breakfast with just Asian and English options). Not very consistent.
