The hotel even tho centrally located but the food makes it all and the F&B staff was superb. I come here with my groups all the time and they never seem disappointed.

The room is quite comfy and ideal for a stay. The property is located centrally and all the transportation modes are easily available. The service is great as well. The food quality is good. What more do you need ? I had a wonderful stay for 3 days.

Very well located decent hotel with easy approach. The cordiality and warmth was felt at once as one reached the reception. Polite, courteous and extremely kind and helpful. Most striking feature was the very positive, pleasant and courteous behaviour of staff. Food was fresh and tasty.

Experience in cygnett tania's siliguri was okay but lil bit not satisfied about your room amenities don't match with your websites declarations kindly check and charge too. Basic amenities missing in the room like work desk ,tea table charging points all though Im satisfied about the hospitality of shejal and anjita they were realy helpful during my stay......

Restaurant ambience are mind blowing. Staffs behavior so polite. We are very apriceat. Morning breakfasts is so good servings multi cruise food. Room also very clean and outstanding. We are feeling second home like .Room service gues Mr.Sahil very polite and always smiling face. Overall good experience. Thank you Cygnett for provide good Hospitality.

At the time of check in i meet with Mr.Bishal.He is very nice and polite.Hotel us very good and all staff's behaviour is good.Food and location are very nice.I recommended all that if you want to visit Siliguri than this hotel is suitable for you.😊😊

I totally enjoyed the stay in cygnett hotel siliguri, The location was perfect as expected and the whole staff were very polite and professional mainly my check in went very smooth handle by Ms Shejal she was very kind friendly and i feel very comfortable with her, restaurants service and food was good definitely highly recommend this hotel and definitely gonna visit again 😊

I stay at Cygnett Tania’s Siliguri every month during my business tour. It’s a very good place which feels like home. Very hospitable staff, clean environment, great services. Food is of very good quality. I specially like the theme of the restaurant. I will always prefer to stay there
