交通不便，服務還好，餐廳選擇不多，酒店設施也少，沒有節日氣氛，有點暗淡的感覺，應該不會再去，謝謝。。

Staff were very helpful and warm. Hotel Manager came out to welcome us upon our arrival and to wish us well when we checked out. Nicest hotel staff we have encountered in a very long time. Hotel facility was excellent and the views from our terrace was spectacular. Room was perfect and the walk-in closet was a nice touch. Bathroom amenities was plentiful and A Grade. Service was great all around. Staff were very attentive and warm throughout the day. Breakfast and dinner are served on the 5th (top floor) and everyone was just amazing every time including during our occasional room service requests. Hotel is located 15 minutes away from St. Moritz on a very scenic drive. It is a nice break from the throngs of noisy tourist that populate the city. Location is wonderful. There is a nice lake very close to the hotel. You can actually see this from the terrace of your room. It is a good 10 minute downhill walk to the lake and the hiking trails close by. Bus service to the hotel (15 minutes trip) comes at regular intervals and it goes through the narrow streets of St. Moritz all the way to the train station. Bus stop at the train station is about 200’ and the stop at the hotel is right at the doorstep. We didn’t know that the hotel offered free pick-up and departure shuttles to and from the train station so we took the bus on our arrival. Getting to the hotel from the train station was a breeze with a couple of huge luggages as both stops were basically at the doorsteps. Cable cars to Corvatsch is right across the hotel. The hotel bakery offered a quiet space to enjoy the afternoon with very delicious offerings.

What an outstanding hotel. Walk in straight from the Covatsch telecabin. The layout of the hotel that rolls down the hill is excellent and quirky. The lobby is amazing making you feel like you have just arrived somewhere super luxurious. All the public spaces are incredibly nicely furnished, clean and classy. The room look out over the valley with a nice terrace and loungers. The views are lovely. The bar/restaurant is an amazing room with a sheet of glass wrapping around giving amazing views. The decor is alpine chic and very, very nice and comfortable. Great bar staff. The spa is very nice and well appointed. The breakfast was super nice with lots of local produce. I would say very high quality food. We ate in the bar and had a lovely dinner there with great service. The check in staff were very friendly and professional. All the staff were very helpful. Overall, a really lovely hotel, super staff, great views, lovely food, amazing location. Great architecture, amazing interior design. Thank you

We were made to feel at home here from the very start. This hotel was excellent in every way. Breakfast & dinner were generally of high quality. The waiting staff & chefs took great care to check ingredients for me because of a nut allergy. They could not have been more caring & this was much appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional & efficient. Our suite was spacious, well equipped & had a glorious view. The hotel's location for the Corvatsch cable car & buses was super convenient. Easy access to nice lakeside/woodland walks was a bonus on non-ski days. The good value transport pass, available via the hotel, enables easy travel throughout the whole valley. We have no hesitation in recommending you to other travellers.

The employees could not be more efficient and friendly. The room was great and without any noise. It had very good views to the valley. The breakfast is very good and complete. The hotel is perfectly located for skiing at Silvaplana and the bus to St Moritz has a stop at 5 meters from the hotel. We did not miss anything during our stay. If we return to Sivaplana we will surely repeat at this hotel

The hotel has a really great position right on the easy lift and a long belt for beginners skiers and snowboarders. Much recommended. And also right at the base station of the cable car that gets you to the top of Corvatsch ski area. The hotel staff is super friendly, service is very good. Star restaurant and the Rooftop bar offers a good variety of high quality food, but you should be prepared for long waiting time at the restaurant. Wellness has a very small pool, just a whirlpool to sit in fact, and just a few beds to rest after sauna. Rooms are nice, but the air is super dry. The driest one we've every experienced. Also the regulation of the temperature was impossible.
