アグリツーリズモ ル マチネ(Agriturismo Le Macine)

We have been a group of 15 people, the food was very good, the service excellent, the atmosphere very pleasant. When it was time to pay, we went to the till and the Owner attended us. Very unpleasant person, contemptuous and kick. He doesn't know who he's dealing with, you can't treat people with such contempt. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, I WILL NOT COME BACK, YOU CANNOT TREAT CUSTOMERS SO BADLY. Siamo stati un gruppo di 15 persone, il cibo era molto buono, il servizio eccellente, l'atmosfera molto piacevole. Quando è arrivato il momento di pagare, siamo andati alla cassa e il proprietario ci ha assistito. Persona molto sgradevole, sprezzante e calci. Non sa con chi ha a che fare, non puoi trattare le persone con tanto disprezzo. NON LO CONSIGLIO, NON TORNERÒ, NON PUOI TRATTARE COSÌ MALE I CLIENTI.

Unfortunately I too attended this restaurant and had a very unpleasant experience in the culinry aspect. I am vegan and called the restaurant a few days in advance to see if they were able to meet my needs. I spoke with Mrs. De Dominicis, who in a tone filled with ennui at the boondogle of my phone call dismissed my enquiry telling me that not only had their kitchen sought expertise advice on how to prepare a vegan meal, but that I should have thanked her for going the extra mile to satisfy my needs. Ok...the food that I was served was nothing like dishes I've had in less elegant and less expensive restaurante in Italy - the bread on the table was stale (a bad sign) and there was little of it. My dish contained cheese that was, as Mrs. De Dominicis insisted, lactose free, but how, I asked, was that considered vegan? The response I got was the following, "if you eat dairy products just once, what harm would it do you? No one is a vegan for health reasons! I don't care about what the philosophy is! If you aren't happy with what I served you then don't come back!" Not that I had been the least interested in delving into a conversation with her about philophy and choices...Mrs. De Dominicis was simply put-out and without encountaring any resistance from me, became adamant that I should pay her and thank her for all of the work that she and her staff had put into serving me (a spoonfull of vegetables, zuchinni with parmesan, mozarella lactose free and an egg-based pasta that according to her was not egg-based...come on...that flavour is a classic!) Naturally I paid without a problem - however, it would befit Mrs. De Dominicis to be more attentive with her clients as what she imparts as the truth. She was rude (although I have to admit that her waiters were really very nice) , exasperated and was convinced that lactose free cheese was vegan OK. Even after I explained that it wasn't the lactose, but the animal by-product. A shame that a restaurant owner in the year 2022 doesn't even know the difference and argues with her clients about what vegan is and isn't. So - the place is very nice and the waiters are kind - but just be careful if you have allergies or food needs - from my experience, they won't take you seriously and THAT is bad service.

Le macine non sono solo un luogo di vacanza ma un'esperienza di accoglienza, schietta e sincera, per umani e amici pelosi, dove l'orgoglio per la propria terra si esprime con un'offerta culinaria abbondante e nostrana, ottime le verdure e le carni. Tutto questo all'interno di un contesto curato e completo dei confort necessari per una vacanza dove corpo e mente possono rigenerarsi in egual misura. Marco, Cinzia e Pepe

Posto bellissimo e rilassante, unico tasto dolente? Ho preso peso, ma la cena era sempre veramente invitante e molto ricca. Malgrado sia ingrassata ne é valsa la pena! Camera accogliente e staff simpaticissimo

Se siamo ritornati in vacanza qui, per il secondo anno consecutivo significherà qualcosa...la posizione, la piscina, la vista, il cibo, la pulizia dell'appartamento...ma la forza di questo luogo sono le persone che si prendono cura degli ospiti, dal più giovane dei collaboratori o le signore in cucina, fino ai titolari, si fanno tutti letteralmente in quattro per venire incontro ad ogni esigenza e sempre, sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra! Unica pecca, riferita in fase di check-out è il caldo sofferto in casa, soprattutto la notte per la mancanza di condizionatori ed i ventilatori non sono proprio sufficienti, soprattutto in estati calde come le ultime, ma ci assicurano che è tra i progetti da portare a termine a breve, sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta. Complimenti a tutti e grazie per questa piacevole settimana di relax.

Ne vale la pena, assolutamente ! Appena soggiornato in appartamento per due settimane con la mia famiglia in questo fantastico agriturismo con la possibilità di fare colazione e cenare con tutte le prelibatezze del posto... Che dire, splendido posto, immerso nella natura e nella tranquillità, panorami mozzafiato.....per non parlare della piscina circondata dagli ulivi e dai vigneti, presenti anche due idromassaggi: il massimo...relax puro. L' appartamento pulito e confortevole, mangiare sulla terrazza poi non ha paragoni, perché davanti avete un panorama incredibile. con dei tramonti.. Personale gentile e professionale.....poi un grazie ancora a Manuela sempre disponibile ! Gianluca L. !

Bellissimo posto! Panorama strepitoso e ottima cucina... Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Posizione notevole. Visitato per una cena ma da prendere in seria considerazione per trascorrere qualche giorno in relax.

Ha molto potenziale ma non investono nella cura del verde, della zona piscina e delle parti comuni come ad esempio il BBQ (inutilizzabile) nel giardino degli appartamenti. Peccato perché la vista è stupenda e il contesto pure. In più abbiamo trovato l'appartamento sporco.
