Best Western Posada Royale Hotel & Suites

First time staying at a Best Western. I liked everything about it. The breakfast was good, rooms were spacious and stagg eas helpful and friendly.

It was clean and felt like a much fancier hotel than a BW. Rooms feel nice and comfortable. Free hit breakfast is a huge draw.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, but the condition of the place left a little to be desired. They were painting and repairing the two rooms across from ours, so the smell hit us when the door opened. My husband wanted to work out but couldn’t access the gym (also across from us) so he had to go to the front desk to get someone to open it. Once inside, found that some of the equipment was broken. However, our room was large and comfortable, and the next morning’s breakfast service was plentiful—made to order omelets and burritos plus a buffet of eggs, meat, and waffles. Once this place is done, it will be quite nice.

Staff was nice, breakfast was ok, the property is dated and even though they renovated the room with new furniture, it wasn’t enough to cover the years of wear and tear on the doors, walls, bathroom. Walls are very thin, can easily hear ppl in th3 next room. Bedding, towels are thin and poor quality.

Clean friendly. Breakfast is basic but well worth it saves you a lot of money. Perfect for several days. I will stay here again

The breakfast was great and had many different options!!!! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly which was helpful on a daily basis! They went out of there way to help!!!!

We've always stayed here when visiting Thousand Oaks. We hadn't been here for about 10 years. The pool was under renovation, they were in the process of repainting exterior of buildings. Overall, it was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. Shower water pressure was very good! While checking into hotel we were approached by 2 women in lobby who needed a ride to a church, at 9:30 at night and they were in a hurry. They weren't even sure where it was. Lots of pressure to drop everything and transport them. The front desk dude watched all this silently. We said no, as we were very tired from a day of travel. Not sure what their deal was, but we feel we dodged a very sketchy situation!

Courtney was very helpful and directed us to great options for activities and dining.

Was conveniently located near relatives. But, the furniture in my room was in bad shape. Patches on couch and the desk was splintering.
