We got here late at night and the guy was great and friendly and made check in a quick time. If you don’t want to have their breakfast or miss it, there is a Waffle House next door I have a cousin who just moved there, so I think we are going to be staying here again at some point

Horrible service. I went downstairs to eat my complimentary breakfast. While I was making my plate the front desk clerk comes up to me and comments about the amount of food I was getting and tells me that the food must be eaten in the breakfast area. I sat down and ate, I didn't care for one of the items so when I was finished I got up and threw away my stuff. He them questions me again on why I was wasting food. I leave to return to my room and he follows me demanding me to show him what I have in my pockets. I told him to stop harassing me and I have returned to my room. I called the front desk to speak to a manager only to find out that this guy was the manager. He was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

Worst hotel ever manger was the rudest person ever. He tried to kick us out for having a visitor step in our room that we paid for. Never I repeat never come here. They lie about the price and it’s just a terrible experience

Front desk person was friendly through out the check in process. I booked this room for my family using the choice hotels app. A 4 night stay in the only 3 double bed room they offer. My room was not ready at 4 pm when I tried to check-in. She asked if we mind waiting for it to be cleaned. So we went and got lunch. The room was ready when we came back. Thank you. The pool is CLOSED. I was under the impression from what she said "the pool is open" so that is what made me wait past check in time for the room. These 2 amenities. The breakfast is not a full hot breakfast. But does offer bagels, yogurt, cereal, toast , juice,coffee, and waffles. The room was okay, beds a little bouncy. Some base board pieces missing. A bit of mold on the ceiling. Other wise a budget friendly motel . Location great lots within walking distance.

This is a dump hotel.we checked in the room had a strong smell, sink was clogged, i tried to fix it because when i was trying to call front desk the phone was not working so i took the sink stopper out and was full of mold.went to take shower mold was around the tub, shower handle and tub holder and the curtain looks like it was not changed for years,moldy and dirty, after shower i grabbed the the towel and it was stained like been used to mop a dirty floor.only pillows are good.brought my own sheets and comforter good thing coz linen were dirty too

The most disgusting place I ever stayed. Keep trying to get a refund but management is awful if you even can get a hold of them. Heater didn't work. Toilet didn't flush. Didn't have coffee. Burns in the bedding. Hairs on the towels. Stains everywhere. Stepped on a broken crack pipe in the middle of them room. Do not stay here.

I ended up not staying overnight due to the condition of the room. There were cigarette burns, hair in the bed, stains in the bathroom, and no towels were provided. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund, front desk lady told me the manager is gone (which I find out later that she was still there) and you would have to contact her for a refund. I called the next day, the lady on the phone told me manager isn’t in today but she will leave a message. Four days go by, I called again and I spoke to the manager and she told me she never heard about the situation. The manger became extremely rude on the phone, she told me she would call me back but I knew that wasn’t going to happen. I will not be getting my refund, unfortunately. I would stay far away from this place.

Right off the highway so its easily accessible, if you're traveling and need a place to stay for the night, this is the one to stop at. Management is friendly and the staff are very well trained. Quick on their feet and so kind. Maintenance does his part as well as the housekeeping ladies, fresh clean linen and a soft comfortable bed.
