We understand your disappointment, especially as you had booked our Loft Suite for your family.Please allow us to share that the Loft Suite is designed as a duplex-style room, with the sleeping area located on the upper level, which is why there are stairs within the room. At approximately 42sqm, it is also one of our larger room categories and is priced accordingly based on room type, date, and availability.We sincerely appreciate your feedback regarding the room layout, bed comfort, and toilet smell. These comments are important to us and will be shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for review and improvement.Regarding the hand soap and in-room amenities, as part of our eco-conscious initiative, selected amenities such as soap bars and additional items may be provided upon request instead of being placed in every room. We apologise if this was not clearly communicated during your stay.For bottled water, two bottles are provided daily as part of our standard room setup. Additional bottled water may be requested from our team, subject to availability. We would also like to share that the tap water in Singapore is safe for drinking, and the room is equipped with a kettle should guests prefer to boil water before consumption.We are also sorry to hear that you had difficulty reaching the front desk and that the room phone did not work as expected.
