誕生日旅行として今回シンガポールを訪れましたが、事前にホテルには伝えていなかったにも関わらず会話の中で誕生日旅行と知り，その場でお心遣いをいただきました。またチェックイン後に外出し、ホテルに戻った際、サプライズでのお祝いを準備いただきました。誕生日を一緒にお祝いしてくださるその気持ちとスタッフの方のお声掛けやホスピタリティに感動しました。施設も清潔でクラシカルな雰囲気を楽しめましたし、立地も素晴らしかったです。またシンガポールを訪れた際はぜひ宿泊したいです。また帰ってきたいと思えるサービスでした。ありがとうございました。
I visited Singapore this time for my birthday trip. Although I had not informed the hotel in advance, the staff learned during our conversation that it was my birthday trip and showed their kindness and consideration on the spot.
After checking in, I went out, and when I returned to the hotel, they had prepared a surprise birthday celebration for me. I was deeply touched by their kindness in celebrating my birthday with me, as well as the warm words and hospitality of the staff.
The facilities were clean, and I enjoyed the classic atmosphere of the hotel. The location was also excellent.
I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Singapore. The service made me feel that I would love to come back.
