The service suite is well located in the heart of Singapore. Easily walkable to mrt stations, popular tourist attractions like bugis, haji lane, golden mile and sports hub. The building might look old from the outside, but the rooms are well furnished. Most importantly, Park Royal has an excellent team in their front desk and housekeeping team who make you feel at home. Would definitely stay again in future.

Good location and lovely breakfast. The swimming pool is with good view and friendly for kids. And the most importantly, the staff here is very kind and professional. Enjoyed a nice stay here and would love to recommend it to family and friends.

I recently relocated to Singapore for work and had the pleasure of staying at ParkRoyal Serviced Suites for just over a month while awaiting my permanent accommodation. My experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel and its facilities were impeccably clean, boasting great amenities like a sizable pool and a well-equipped gym. My serviced apartment was not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a beautiful view of Singapore. The staff, including Cindy, Aiman, and Oscar at the front desk, were delightful, incredibly helpful, and accommodating. Special kudos to the kind and helpful housekeeping staff, with Rashida being the sweetest! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Singapore.

Awesome stay If anyone had to choose a place to stay this will be it. Friendly staff, clean facility has all that you need . They are Always helpful when asking for anything too. No regrets. Good air conditioning too in this hot weather

Quiet and spacious room. Excellent for long stays. It takes a while to figure out the multiple ways to access the main entrance of the serviced suites but once that was sorted, all was good. Bathroom was huge, although fixtures seemed dated. Loved the large dining set and long sofa.

We spent a month here in Parkroyal Serviced Suites. The area is so near the colorful Haji Lane as well as the Golden Mile hawker. But the most memorable of all is that there are lots of cats nearby! We saw like 8 cats around the neighboring HDB. Cindy & Aiman offer such good service in any way possible. We left some of our stuff during checkout but they promptly informed us and kept it safe until we picked it up. Cindy is so cheerful and has a bright personality; she also assisted me in our unit during our 1st day. Zaiton, the housekeeper, really did a great job keeping the suite clean and tidy. She is approachable and will give us a chat from time to time about Singapore and give us tips around the area. She will inform us accordingly about her time off and leave days.

It has been an amazing experience. Everyone here is very helpful and polite. They have been listening to my every request which shows they care. Cindy has been fantastic and very helpful. Room is quite spacious and has all the amenities we required. A recommended stay !
