コンフォート スイーツ スー フォールズ(Comfort Suites - Sioux Falls)

Location was very good. It was not that clean, there were no wash rags in my room. The office was not that friendly. The facility's were ok. The breakfast was decent.

The facility is clearly older, But it is clean. Breakfast was good And staff was very accommodating.

The staff was adequate. The breakfast tolerable. The eggs didn't taste like real eggs. Everything about the property seemed musty. Window in my room had lots of water build up inside. While I've stayed in worse, this was below the standards I expect from Comfort Sweets. It is unlikely I'll stay here again. For over $130.00, i expect much better.

Last minute hunt to find a tool that wouldn’t kill my bank account led me here. Check in was easy. The lobby just had a fire place looking area with 2 tall back chairs - no tv or entrainment of any sort for order waiting guests. We walked in the back entry and I immediately noticed how dirty the stairs looked. Walked in our room and it was a sauna (93 degrees outside temp) and air was not on in the room. Thankfully it quickly cooled down. Hard wood floors through the entire room was different but not bad. Went for a dip in the pool… no clean pool towels. Standing water all around the pool area. The top part of the inside of the pool is so dirty someone else at some time etched in the words “clean this pool”. Breakfast was good. The juice machine was broken with no sign on it. Just a pitcher of orange juice sitting on the counter for anyone who didn’t want coffee or milk. Room for improvement in the cleaning department for sure otherwise, thankful to have somewhere to rest our heads for a night.

Room in less than average condition. Two lamps and their outlets didn’t work, hair found in the bathtub. Breakfast was good. We called the front desk about the lamps but the gal working there said there was nothing she could do. Very disappointing! Won’t stay there again!

parking lot not well lite, dirty hallway, refrigerator in room open and leaking all over floor, hair in tub. did not stay, requested refund and found other accommodations.
